This hotel was very convenient for a one night stay. The interior of the property could use an upgrade but it was not bad. The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

The location was excellent - only a block away from the metro stop Bastille and 2 blocks from the monument and plaza of the same name. The front desk was very helpful in finding a local laundry service that could turnaround our clothes within 48 hours - something not that common we learned.

Ideal location

The hotel is ideally located. Buses and metro very close. Bus directly to Gare du Nord or Roissybus. Opposite Opera Bastille. Bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast fine.

Loved it!

Truly awesome place! Great location, super super close to the metro but also in a very walkable part of the city. Very kind and attentive staff. I didn’t do the breakfast, but only because there was so much awesome dining nearby. Would certainly stay here again. Only thing is the bedding itself was not super comfortable. Mattress was nice but the sheets weren’t amazing.

Property is in a great location just a couple minutes walk to the station and there’s lots on your doorstep to explore. However, the room door did not lock! We realised on our last night that when we would leave our room, we would slam and pull the door but if you look properly it wasn’t fully closed and if you pushed with slight force it would open. Add to that, there were notices about thefts in the area and in hotels so we felt nervous and unsafe on our last night. We were told nothing about this at any point but when we alerted staff at check out they did not seem surprised and advised that sometimes the doors need a strong pull/jiggle (but this does not resolve it as the door and lock mechanism is fundamentally broken) which is below minimum expectation of what a hotel should provide. It’s a shame because the location really is very convenient and the room was clean so it would have been a good choice for a quick trip but the lack of safety is a key issue and troubling. I hope they fix it soon.

Très déçue !

Je suis très déçue par cet hôtel ; chambre sans chauffage ormis un petit appareil à bain d’huile, l’hygiène et la propreté laissant également à désirer, me conforte dans mon évaluation négative que je donne à cet établissement surtout à ce tarif. Je reviendrai dans le même secteur mais certainement pas au pavillon Bastille que je ne recommande pas !!!

Bom hotel perto do Marais

A localização é boa. Tem o metrô Bastille bem perto. Chaleira com café solúvel e chá e minibar, para um hotel 3 estrelas são boas comodidades. O café da manhã é simples, mas valeu a pena pelo preço, considerando os preços de um café com croissant em qquer lugar de Paris. Tenho status gold na hoteis.com, fiquei em duas oportunidades e nas duas cheguei as 14h e fui informado que só teria quarto disponível às 15h, apesar de na reserva constar que teria direito à check in antecipado. Também não tive upgrade de quarto. O drink de cortesia que tbem constava das reservas é água ou refrigerante.
