Von drei Tagen konnten wir an zweien das Badezimmer nicht benutzen, da schmutziges Wasser von der Decke tropfte. Das Personal war hilflos und fühlte sich nicht zuständig die einzige "Unterstützung" der Mitarbeiter vor Ort bestand aus einem Stapel zusätzlicher Handtücher und der Zimmerservice stellte einen Eimer unter die am schlimmsten tropfende Stelle... Unterirdisch ! Das einzig positive für uns am Hotel war die Lage und gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ansonsten ganz bestimmt NIE WIEDER !

We had a negative interaction with a younger gentleman the last day of our stay. He was very rude and did not portray decent customer service. Our first 2 days were phenomenal. However, impressions with that particular gentlemen is why my original 5 stars turned into 3. I will not go back.
