Someone tried to break into my window the first night I stayed. The windows were super secure and new. The security was really great and I felt safe despite the attempt. They do only have laundry services and not coin laundry facilities. I used laundry heap and it was pretty easy but expensive. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and patient with my limited French. Lots of food and really close to Gare De Lyon.

Great place to stay easy walking distance from Gare de Lyon. Staff gracious, helpful and accommodating. Well situated for walking Paris. Room clean, efficient. Elevator, and so no carrying luggage upstairs! Excellent price. Would recommend without reservation

Property is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is walkable, there is public transportation. Note: if you don’t do public transportation and plan on using bolt-it is easy to get a pickup to the hotel but the return from tourist sites took about 20 min wait time for me. Bolt drivers linger and then cancelled at least four of my ride requests. But this was peak season and I found it easier to walk the 30 minute distance than wait for a 27 min bolt ride.

I really enjoyed my brief stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is right by the train station and metro. There are good restaurants nearby. A great spot to make home base during a stay in Paris.

The Hotel Prince Albert Concordia was a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge plus for its location - right next to the metro and train station, making it easy to explore Paris. My room was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Fairly average Paris hotel but let down by thin walls (I could hear the couple next door arguing the whole time) and lack of heating. Also very strong cleaning product smell in room, probably masking smoking.

We loved our stay here. The staff was really nice and friendly (they spoke good English) and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Check-in and check-out simple and quick. The location worked out great for us as it is walking distance from Gare Du Lyon station. The room and bathroom was very clean and all amenities were on point. There were no bed bug issues either, which I was worried about due to all the news going on around Sept and Oct 2023. We were also worried about room thefts so we made sure to lock our stuff before leaving but otherwise I did not feel that the staff moved our stole our stuff as the small items like toiletries and chargers were in their place when we returned at night. The area felt safe and there were no disturbances at night. Do expect small stairways and elevators like other buildings in Paris but that did not bother us. Everything was perfect and if I'm ever in Paris again, I would stay here!
