It was nice to be able to spend time freely with an auto-key. The staff at the hotel across the street was friendly and helpful. This is one of the inexpensive hotels to stay in Paris.

I stayed in November, so it was cold outside. Pros: 1)It is a 10-minute walk away from the closest Metro/Bus station. 2) I have tinnitus and there was a fan in the room. This was really wonderful because it produced white noise. This was a big plus for me. 3) My room was cleaned and towels changed daily 4) On Sundays there's is a wonderful farmer's market in Rue de la Convention, very close to the hotel. 5) There's someone 24/7 in the reception 6) There are nice restaurants and stores nearby, should you have forgotten any toiletries 7) I travel very light and do laundry while on vacation. There are 3 laundromats at walking distance, 5EUR for the washer, and 1.5EUR for 8 mins in the dryer 8) The area is quiet and peaceful at night Things that didn't bother me, but may be a deal-breaker for some 1)The carpets are old and the walls are stained 2) The elevator barely fits 3 people and there are no sounds for the blind. There is only one elevator, and one time it was out-of-service. This may be a problem for someone with moving difficulties such as injuries or disabilities. 3)Although it says they are "air conditioned", I did not see a vent or an air conditioner in the room. It has heating though. 4) If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them. The sound of the fan helped mask the noise 5) the opening to enter the shower is extremely narrow, about a foot wide. 6) When exiting the room, it is necessary to slam the door for it to close. I tried to be quiet but it was impossible

Room was pretty horrific. Switched hotels before even staying one full night. Only lasted the first few hours. No way were we going to sleep there. Stains everywhere, mold, ceiling in bathroom looked like it was going to fall apart. Pillows smelled of mildew. Not even worth the “cheaper price”

Aah one thing is, this hotel is worst in the world in terms of communication in whole France. Imagine a hotel that can take the whole amount like 4 hundreds and something Euro and knowing you have never checked in or any service from them then when looking a way to solve the problem, they won't communicate or assist in any way possible. Just this is the worst part of this hotel and i recommend to any one who's willing to do so that must not. So sad and irritated. Even the Travel agent(Expedia) tried to be intermediate for good of solving it but but still a hotel management was extremely disaster in the solution find. Very Sad and harsh experience 😕

Its a budget stay which didn’t look as advertised. The room was smaller than expected and the staff was not friendly. Its not on a prime location so i expected much more with respect to quality of room.

Hôtel miteu a tout point de vue .... A peine entré dans la chambre, une sale odeurs de vieilles chaussettes vous prend les narines, moquette vieille et sale, pour trouver une prise de courant, il faut bouger le mobilier, seule la salle de bain est récente. Ensuite le petit déjeuner, c'est simple, il n'y a rien. Pour 9 e, c'est une honte ! Je me plains au responsable, lui dis que pour le lendemain, je veux un remboursement du prochain petit déjeuner, monsieur est tout à fait d'accord ! Et ben arrivé le lendemain matin, il avait changé d'avis, rebelote 9e dans le vent. Vous êtes simplement une honte pour l'hôtellerie.

Hotel bien placé mais insonorisation médiocre

hôtel très bien placé pour aller au parc des expos à pied. personnel aimable et arrangeant chambre très mal insonorisée, on entendait tout ce que faisait le voisin jusqu'à pas d'heure. salle de bains nettoyée ??? la poubelle n'était pas vidée et au moins une des serviettes et le tapis de douche ne semblaient pas propres Sinon la literie était bonne

Séjour absolument désastreux pour les raisons suivantes: - forte odeur très désagréable en franchissant la porte de la chambre. - rideaux crasseux. - chambre très étroite ( nr 84) , nous avions réservé une chambre triple! - flexible de douche perçé - ascenceur en panne. - à l'acceuil, une montagne de sacs (linge probablement). - acceuil très désagréable au petit déjeuner car nous nous présentons à 9h31 alors que la fin du service est à 9h30.

Très belle expérience

Il y a des avis très négatifs ce qui pouvait faire peur mais franchement très bon séjour. Le Monsieur de l’accueil m’a proposé deux chambres et celle que j’ai choisi au rez de chaussée était rénovée avec beaucoup de charme et tout le confort Personnel aimable et efficace Boulanger en face pour le café croissant du matin . Traiteur de toutes sortes à proximité pour manger le soir tout était parfait pour nos trois nuits Seul bémol, l’hôtel est partagé avec celui en face l’Auriane ou se trouve l’accueil physique Dans le printania il n’y a donc qu’une caméra et personne à solliciter en cas de besoin immédiat Peut être moins rassurant pour une personne seule …embauchez un autre agent d’accueil pour ce côté ci et se sera vraiment parfait 👍

Be careful: we had booked several nights at this hotel and ended up being bitten by bed bugs on the first night. We asked to change rooms, and again, we were bitten the following night. We therefore had no alternative but to rebook another hotel so as to avoid this from happening again. Attention: nous avons été dévorés par des punaises de lit dès notre première nuit, et, lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, cela fut encore le cas! Cela nous a donc obligé à réserver un nouvel hôtel pour la fin de notre séjour!
