The property was clean with a very friendly staff. Though we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet, the price quoted was very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and coffee & tea to get the mornings started right. It was a great place to stay.

Location was convenient to metro, making it easy to get to/from the airport. The staff was outstanding. We forgot some personal effects in the hotel room and they helpfully accommodated a courier pickup, printing the label, finding a box, and keeping me informed the whole time. Couldn't have asked for more! The room itself was good, nothing fancy, but it did the job.

The location was convenient, close to the metro, and the room itself was clean. The staff member also helped me with a charger, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room I was given was in the basement, and this completely affected my stay. It was extremely small, enclosed, humid and had a noticeable damp feeling. The bathroom was also incredibly cramped and uncomfortable to use. At check-in, I asked whether another room was available because I was uncomfortable staying in the basement, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. For the amount I paid, I was very disappointed, especially because the room did not feel representative of what I expected from the photos and description when booking. Sleeping in such a closed, damp basement room was very uncomfortable and made me feel uneasy from a safety and ventilation perspective. I had chosen this hotel outside the main tourist area expecting better value and a comfortable place to rest, but unfortunately the accommodation became the worst part of my Paris trip. I would strongly recommend that future guests confirm before booking whether their room is above ground, has proper ventilation, and matches the room type shown online. The cleanliness and location were good, but I would not stay in a basement room like this again.

The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. I chose this hotel because it was close to a meeting point for a tour so the location was great. Very walkable to many things. The room was clean and just what I needed. Bathroom was great with very large nice towels. Highly recommend this hidden gem

A hidden gem

The hotel was very nice. The people at the desk were very pleasant and helped us with directions and getting transportation. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. It was very hot when we were there so we made good use of that. Checkout was seamless. We certainly would consider staying there again should we return to Paris.

In a good area. We walked to all the tourist attractions. A Metro station is five minutes walk away. Staff friendly and breakfast was plentiful. My one caveat would be that if you had large suitcases the rooms are a little small. Interesting shower! Lovely towels and bed linens and the beds were very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a stay here.
