"The hot tub was clean and hot. The check in was quick. The pool was clean and chilly. I just wish the room had a removable shower head or private hot tub. "

"The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. "

"Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower."

My room deadbolt did not lock at all because the lock wasn't properly installed. My bathroom had ants on the floor and sink. The room did not come with a microwave. Only good experience was how friendly the workers were"

The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
