Small room but nice and clean. The area is far from main attractions in Paris but it’s affordable and the tram is close. Breakfast included sooo delicious. Staff is friendly and very helpful

Property is nice. They have been doing renovations and it shows. There is construction on the road out front which impacted our stay and as it was our first time to Paris we didn’t realize how difficult transportation would be. The staff was sensational and the included breakfast delicious. The only negative about the hotel itself was the lack of comfort of the mattress. Otherwise if you can work around the transportation it is a great property.

Hotel was clean. Room reasonable size but I did stay in one of the bigger rooms. However the lift didn't work so we had to use the stairs which wasn't very clean. Rooms unbelievably hot , air conditioning didnt work. Bar drinks menu very limited ( didnt have even cooled white wine available). Staff friendly.

I like how customer service treatment of new guests. They are so friendly and can communicate in English . The room is so clean and has every facility except fridge. One thing that i don't like is that the elevator is very old . It delays to open and doesn't often work

Uno de los mejores lugares en los que me he hospedado. El lugar puede parecer lejos del centro de París, pero puedes llegar fácilmente con el tranvía y el tren a los lugares turísticos. Además, el personal es muy atento y su servicio es impecable. Están realmente atentos a lo que puedan ayudarte. Su desayuno es muy completo y tiene bastantes opciones. El ambiente es bastante agradable y es muy cómodo en general. Me encantaría volver a este lugar, fue maravilloso.

Bom custo benefício, mas bem afastado da parte turística. Para chegar a região turística, precisa pegar 1 ônibus e 2 metros. O custo do transporte fica barato (ida e volta €4,50 cada), mas gastamos 40-50 min por trecho.

Vraiment déçu car deux fois que je vais dans cette hôtel et vraiment pas terrible. Pas de chauffage dans les étages , chauffage baisser à 18 degré tous les jours par les femmes de Ménage je suppose . Radiateur entrain de ce raccrocher du mur , Clim bruyante. Et pour finir beurre périmé.

Assez facile de se garer à l'extérieur. Accueil très agréable, Dû changer de chambre car TV ne fonctionnait pas, mais solution vite trouvée. Mobilier et équipement chambre très agréables, double fenêtre pour être au calme par rapport à la circulation. Très bonne literie. Choix léger pour le petit déjeuner.

Niveau de service à la baisse

Clim en panne, fenêtre d’abord ouverte pour créer un peu d’air, mais voisin très bruyant m’obligeant à fermer la fenêtre alors qu’il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans la pièce. Service petit déjeuner qui se dégrade par rapport à mes premières visites quelques mois auparavant. Toujours en attente de pain (réchauffé et non du pain frais), pots de confiture vides, pains au chocolat rassis, plus de céréales…

Hotel pourtant neuf mais mal entretenu

La personne qui faisait l'accueil à minuit ne parlait pas le français. J'avais des questions, impossible d'avoir une réponse. Mes questions ont du attendre le lendemain. Par ailleurs, la porte de ma chambre avait été laissée ouverte sur le couloir après le ménage quand je suis revenue le soir. Le drap du dessous qui était dans le lit n'était pas propre (comme si quelqu'un s'y était couché d'un côté + poils et cheveux). J'ai demandé le changement des draps dès le lendemain. La fenêtre de la chambre était dégondée et cassée. Enfin la moquette n'avait pas du voir un aspirateur depuis plusieurs jours. Bref, un hôtel pourtant très récent mais qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la gamme Style et qui se dégrade apparemment très vite.
