Thanks to its bedroom and double sofa bed, we can host up to 4 guests. Dining table and balcony are real +

The location, in the heart of "Saint Germain" is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and also parks, museum, and la Seine River.

Safe, clean it is the perfect HQ !

The Space:

- Very well equipped. (Washing machine, oven, dishwasher, stove, hight speed Internet...)
- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the latin district, you will be in the best area to enjoy Paris. At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants and brasseries. Also there is the famous Rue Mouffetard well known for its bars. Next door you would enjoy le Jardin des Plantes and Le Panthéon. All the best University of Paris included La Sorbonne are near by the apartment. You will be next to the Quai de Seine and at 15 minutes walk from Notre-Dame de Paris and from le Jardin du Luxembourg.

Getting Around:
Very easy and safe access. It is pleasant to walk around :-)
