I wasn't expecting to spend eight nights alone in Paris- but I did, and this was a good place to stay. First, very secure. Also, terrific location- restaurants, Boulangerie/patisserie, laundromat (for drying clothes quickly), metro, taxi stand, Carrefour market, even a Starbucks (I hear the groans!) nearby. The apartment was livable, quiet, lots of decent amenities, etc, although it would have been helpful to have more information about how things operated (like the television, washer, shutters, etc). A few small garbage bags for trash would not have gone amiss. If more than one person is planning to stay, a few more pillows would be a good idea. Overall, I had a an excellent experience. Although the manager did not speak English, she was very pleasant, and contacted the owner right away when there were problems- like me blowing a circuit breaker the first night- easily remedied, but thank goodness for the flashlight app on my phone!
I would stay here again-

Felt entirely unwelcome
I was made to feel entirely unwelcome. Terrible host communication. I notified the official contact of my arrival info 3 days prior since they had sent no word. Normally the apartment owner messages me. On the train to Paris from London I messaged the primary contact letting her know I'm on the way. The contact then referred me to someone else, who referred me to someone else. Upon my arrival that person was highly unprofessional, extremely rude. Zero offer to help with my baggage, hurried ahead as I managed my baggage through construction in progress and the flooded courtyard. She abruptly showed me the apartment but neglected to mention the water wasn't turned on. I had to message the official contact who told me to ask the lady who met me at the apartment how to turn on water. No one inquired how things were going all 3 days. Otherwise, the apartment was clean. Had to message to ask where towels were kept. Good shower pressure. Living room furniture in good condition with exception of bed mattress and totally flattened pillows. Kitchen stocked. Very dark ground floor apartment . Excellent location. Not staying here again.
The flat was very well equipped and we were not aware of anything that was lacking. All necessary shops are within easy reach. Also, we were most warmly welcomed by Viviane and Nathalie: nothing seemed too much trouble for them.Very highly recommended!
A beautiful apartment in the Latin Quarter. A perfect place to explore Paris

Quaint, great location
This small studio apartment was just what we needed during our stay in Paris: great location, comfortable, affordable, and the owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Not fancy, but highly recommend for all that it is! Booking was effortless.
It has a full bed and a couch bed, but not full wall in between. Excellent place but you should not stay here if you need privacy between your various occupants. For us, that was not an issue as we are all close and it was a perfect location, very comfortable place, cute kitchen, nice walking distance to where we want to go.
The apartment was comfortable but not overly clean and if the blinds were up, not private since the apartment was on the first floor and the windows opened onto an open courtyard. It would have been nice to have a fresh bar of soap in the bathroom and a cutting board in the kitchen.

Nice place but cold.
Very nice place but cold. It took 3 days with the heat on high to get the room temp to a comfortable level.
On a quite street across from a small childrens park. It wasabout 2 block walk to lively business area, sidewalk cafes, pharmacy, bakery .Quite convenient to public transportation.
We stayed here for six nights and overall had a great experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a family stay — including a stove, fridge, washer, microwave, toaster, and more. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with a small park conveniently located right across the street. Public transportation was also easy to access, with both a subway and bus station just a 5–7 minute walk away. The only downside was a loud party upstairs on Saturday night. A group of young, drunk guests were singing, dancing, and making noise until around 2 AM, which made it difficult to sleep.
This was a better location than I had figured. Very quiet neighborhood across from a lovely park usually filled with kids. Off-street apt. was sunny with lots of windows, but very secure; Serviceable kitchen with everything we needed. The bedroom, separated from the living room by cool logs, was very small, but workable. Comfy, large living room made the difference from a tiny hotel room. A block from an excellent bakery (a must) and five minute walk to a bus and metro stop. Very near the Rue Muffetard market. We loved this little spot which suited our needs. The only downsides were a lack on English from the sweet woman who greeted us, but we made it work. Occasional noise from wood floor above quieted pretty much at night. Good communication with our host. We'd stay there again.
The owner let us check in a couple of hours early and that was great. The room was as advertised but it did have a few things that could be improved. First, as mentioned in a prior review, the cleaning lady showed us the apartment. She did not speak English so getting information from her was difficult. Also, the cleaning could have been better. My wife had dirty feet from the floors. The bathroom contains a tub/shower combo. It is a very high step to get in. It could be a problem for someone who is short or with mobility issues. Not enough toilet paper was supplied for our visit. We had to go on a hunt to find the towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. The living area was okay but not great. Watching tv is not realistic because of where it is in the room. It did have satellite channels and some streaming services. I think the room could have been reconfigured to make viewing easier. The WiFi was okay. It would make sense to improve the WiFi and configure the network to allow guests to cast to the tv. I ended up watching about an hour of tv a night on my iPad.The apartment is good for a couple. It has what you need like a two star hotel in the U. S. The cost is about right compared to other units in the area. We did find restaurants in the area. The apartment is a little bit from the tourist areas (which was good for us) and is well connected by the subway.
The apartment was delightful. It is well cared for and beautifully designed. The location is great for anyone who is interested in enjoying a quiet neighborhood environment. Cafes, marchés and shops are conveniently nearby as are both he Metro and the bus lines. Viviane was always easy to reach when we had a question. I would recommend it without reservation.
The property was just as described. Very clean, great local neighborhood, with amazing food nearby. Short walk to an amazing park. Metro station was close by and convient.. Viviane was great at responding to all my questions. Waited to check in for about 30min but we did arrive later at night so it was a little more difficult. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend!
