All good, the only thing I did not like was the shower design because the water tended to flood the floor a bit. I did not try breakfast.

would not recommend this to anyone. no hot water reception does not help they are rude and say we can’t do anything. we missed our events because we couldn’t shower and leave LOL. loud, noisy, and dirty. never staying here again and will be submitting a complaint to hotel. regret staying here

Gem of a hotel

Delighted to find this gem of a hotel in a really cool, quirky neighbourhood. Hotel staff were so friendly that we felt like we were home from home. Signs of refurb were still there but rooms were comfortable and cool in the hot summer. Excellent location with fab bars, cafés and grocery stores nearby. A big thank you to the team for looking after my Uncle's glaucoma eyedrops in their fridge when not in use. We will be back and will be recommending.

Sooooo disappointed! I booked this hotel based on the photos and description. However, what I got was a hotel lobby that is under construction and tools were everywhere. There was a made shift staircase to the elevator. And everywhere smelled like paint! After I went upstairs to see what the room looked like I said there's no way I can stay here. I was ingesting paint fumes. I asked to get a refund I was told it was impossible as the "manager" was on vacation! This place was unsafe and unsanitary and until the construction is complete, I would not recommend staying here! Especially with the poor customer service and false advertisement

The front dest receptionist Sarah was awesome. She helped me a lot and pointed to stores and areas in Paris amd around the hotel that fit my taste in quality. A huuuuuge thanks to Sarah and the whole staff of the hotel for your help and support. God bless you and fulfill your needs. The property was under renovation, but my room was new and clean. The only off point that there was no refrigerator in the room. The area is nice. Lots of choices for food, near public transportation ( bus and metro/subway). This is a good place to stay for a budget week or weekend in Paris. Not too touristy so you can get the sense of a local Parisian life.

Fantastic location near Montparnasse train station. Metro station ‘Pernety’ on line 13 is 20meters away across the street and runs direct to many great destinations. Area has excellent shops, food markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Would absolutely stay in area again to escape busier locations in heart of city.

The hotel is very well located, with many restaurants, supermarkets or bakeries around. It is also at 1min walk from a metro station. The front desk man who checked us in was beyond amazing, and overall, all the staff were kind and very helpful. The underground parking is at 2-3min walk from the hotel and very safe and secure. I highly recommend this hotel even if it is true that you can hear a little the metro until 1am, but it did not bother us as it was around the same time that we would go to sleep.

They don’t respect your booking

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK HERE. Got there last Saturday at 9pm only to find out that they don’t respect policies or reservations from third party websites. I had made a reservation through hotels.com (I have used them for years and have never had any issues with them), and this reservation was like any others Ive made, pay at the hotel and kept getting emails throughout the day as reminders of my upcoming stay. We get to the hotel at 9pm, after a long day of traveling and the guy at the front desk simply says there is no reservation under that name and began looking on the computer and making calls pretending to understand what has happened. I showed him my reservation on the hotels.com app and everything was still there. All of the sudden he found my reservation as being canceled. First he said something along the lines of “we are remodeling the hotel and dont have many rooms available, have been canceling lately”. Then he proceeded to tell me that they tried to charge my card to keep the reservation and it didn’t go through so they decided to cancel without letting ME KNOW or letting hotels.com know. Then he said they didnt have rooms for those days anyways. To make the story short, and after an hour of him making excuses, the people at hotels.com talking to him and him being unable to explain why my reservation got cancelled, I had to book another hotel on my own and get out of there.

Séjour debut août : Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner correct, chambre très propre, avec une bonne literie. Des patères ou étagères seraient utiles dans la salle de bains. Des wc séparés qui sont un plus. Le personnel est agréable et sympathique. Nous retenons cette adresse, qui se situe dans un quartier calme.

Il aurait été appréciable de savoir que l’hôtel réservé était en cours ou en finalisation de travaux. La chambre que nous avions réservé ne disposer pas de la climatisation. Nous nous sommes rabattu sur une chambre plus petite avec la climatisation. C’est dommage l’hôtel est très charmant. Je pense qu’ils ont voulu bien faire, mais les finitions (peinture, surtout) ne sont pas à la hauteur de l’établissement Ets, c’est dommage

Poor service and very very noisy.

We paid for an executive triple but it was not available the first night. We were told we could transfer the second night. We dropped our bags at 9am and went out when we returned at 12noon we were told to come back at 3pm when the room would be ready. We had to sit in reception for 3 hours. When we got the correct room it was noisy. The staff said they didn’t understand but later the cleaner informed up it was a water pump and the motor from the lift. The noise never stopped.

We stayed here for essentially 24 hours for La fete de la musique and the the man at the reception was extremely hospitable. Made sure we settled in well, gave us recommendations for food and was all round very present. It is also in a nice little area! Highly recommend the stay.
