Very spacious apartment in a calm area. We drove to Val d’Europe and took the train to Paris- very easy and nice to return to a quiet place in the evening.

This was a nice, quiet place to stay, located at the bottom of a very large hill. The location was peaceful, but the hill does make it less convenient if you are planning to walk to nearby shops or a grocery store. The road at the bottom of the hill that runs in front of the hotel is easy to walk along and has very little traffic, which was nice. However, getting anywhere beyond that can be a bit challenging without transportation. The bus stop is about 1 km away at the very top of the hill, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk uphill to get there, so it isn’t particularly convenient. Overall, it was a quiet and peaceful location, but I would recommend having a car or using transportation such as Uber if you want easy access to groceries, shops, or other areas.

There is no reception so be sure to check your messages for check in access codes and do make reservations if you want to eat at the nearby restaurant. It has excellent food but can book out and you’ll have no other options unless you uber somewhere else. Bring water and snacks too before checking in because there is no store within walking distance. And the sofas do pullout into beds…. Took us a bit to figure that out. Other than that it was a comfortable stay with nice finishes.

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. The check in process was a little confusing. We had to walk down the street to a different hotel to check in and get our apartment number. Other than that, everything else was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a 3 day trip to Disney. Great hotel, great location. 10 minute bus ride to Disney and close to local restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Room was very clean and spacious, there was 9 of us and we all had plenty of room. Access to Netflix was bonus. Kitchen, was near new and in excellent condition. Full size fridge/freezer and bedding was very comfortable.

The property itself is nice. However not cleaned very well, cobwebs all over and was very dusty. The riverfront and the area is very peaceful. And the semi private courtyard is nice. Also close by several metro stations, restaurants, and markets. Easy for uber drop and pickup. The address listed on Expedia is not correct. However, communication was horrible. They advertise many amenities offered, such as extra towels, or cleaning supplies. However we never got towels delivered until the night before we checked out. Cleaning supplies, broom and mop (because of the dirt courtyard it tracks in sand), extra toilet paper, or cooking supplies (which they offer) never showed up. There is no on site reception office, they have a WhatsApp number set up to text. Multiple texts sent, no response from management. They have written they do offer, but no actual cleaning services showed up. We asked, and were given no response. The WiFi also has YouTube and streaming services restricted. And you can’t use a VPN. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms were clean. Couch had several stains on it. But all appliances and AC units worked. Windows also have steel storm shutters which are nice, and can be opened up all the way. Neighbors are also very friendly. All in all, it’s a nice spot. But overpriced considering the lack of service. If you book it, just expect to be on your own.

Stayed at this apartment during our trip to Disneyland and it was honestly a great find! Close to the park, which made everything so convenient. The place was very clean, spacious, and had a really nice vibe. Communication was amazing too. Overall, a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect for families visiting Disneyland

Perfect for families. We stayed for a visit to Disneyland and it turned out to be a great choice. Check-in instructions were clear. Room was clean and tidy. You have all stand-of-the-art equipment you need in the kitchen. Proximity to Disneyland Parks is only 12 minutes drive. Strongly recommend, especially to families with small kids.

Very clean, upscale and comfortable hotel. Located in the heart of nature and green spaces. I recommend it to anyone who wants relax and quiet and stay in the middle of green spaces. It has a beautiful restaurant located in the middle of a lake, which has a direct view of the lake, adding another pleasure to the dining experience and a beautiful atmosphere. I recommend to increase the variety in the menu. One more point , the reception is Online. I highly recommend it.

An excellent arrangement for our large family. The check-in procedure was a bit challenging, though, as they were sending us WhatsApp information to an incorrect phone number, so we just had to figure it out when we arrived on site. Everything else about our stay was wonderful, though. Roomy, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great location on the Marne River!
