Amazing stay!! Was easy to Uber or walk to everything and was close to all the museums and tourist activities. The staff was excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. Staying here again the next time I come to Paris!! Highly recommend the Eiffel Tower terrace suite! Beautiful views and extra spacious!

Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch. The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk). The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor. The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel. The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame. Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

From the attention you get two steps in the door, to the live lemon tree in the garden this place was perfect for myself and my daughter. Easy walk to fresh cooked, snacks, and shopping! The host and hostess at the front door are amazing and helped so much. 5 starts!!

We loved this hotel! It is in an authentic residential area of Paris with a 8 minute drive to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in the Versaille suite. We could see the Eiffel Tower twinkling from our small deck. We had plenty of room in this suite. The only thing that was not perfect was the high bathtub with the shower. As a short person I struggled to get into it and there were no Safety bars to hang on to, I did provide feedback to The hotel as a suggestion to maybe change this to A walk in shower or have a lower bathtub. This hotel was remodeled in 2018, The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of croissants, French bread, crepes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, chocolate muffins, scrambled eggs, cheese, cold cuts (ham deli meat), fruit and bacon. Everything was so delicious! I was so happy with the small crepes and Nutella toppings. The bacon is true European style that is baked and cut differently. It isn’t like the American bacon and would be the only item I did not care for. The fresh squeezed orange juice was wonderful! The staff was awesome! They did not all speak fluent English but did their best to provide great service. Loved the terrace and all the green landscaping in the back. We stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer. Great value! It is a gem of a hotel!

Lovely little hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Very clean rooms, clean bathrooms and great selection of products in them. Rooms were a little small but as we had 2 connecting rooms this was good for us (2 adults and 2 kids) The swimming pool was great. Kids had a great time in there. Steam wasn’t really powerful but wasn’t too much of a problem as the swimming pool was perfect. There was some pavement work going on outside so unloading/loading was a little awkward but luckily it’s a one way street so we could park to the side. Car park is a 5 minute walk away. Location is great. Few minute walk to the nearest metro. Great restaurants and shops around the area too.

The rooms were tired. Too hot and when air con came on it made me ill. The noise was awful from the room next door. The staff were very good though, but sadly were working with a bad product.
