The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, with stairs up to the entrance. There is no elevator for access.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living and dining space is open plan, with lots of natural light and double-height ceilings in the living area. The seating includes a curved sofa in purple, several armchairs and a glass coffee table, surrounding the television. For the musically inclined, there is also a piano. In this area, there is also a ladder up to a high bookcase. French doors lead out to the balcony outside.

The dining space includes a table and surrounding chairs, which leads seamlessly to the kitchen.

KITCHEN
With views to the surrounding architecture from the windows, the kitchen is contemporary in style and is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

BALCONY
Adjacent to the living space, is the balcony with a table and chair for relaxing in the Parisian sunshine. The balcony is decorated with plants and flowers.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom offers a King-size bed, as well as artwork on the surrounding walls. French windows offer lovely views to the nearby rooftops.

BATHROOM
The bathroom includes beautiful patterned tiles lining the floor, in blue and green. The space includes a walk-in shower and two basins.

WC
There is a separate WC and basin.

SECOND BEDROOM
On the top floor is the second bedroom. A light room, with a high, yet sloping ceiling and a skylight. The room includes a single bed, as well as a desk with chair.

BATHROOM
This bathroom includes a bath, two basins and several mirrors.

There is a separate WC and basin.

THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom is similar to the second, with a large single bed, a skylight above the bed and a desk with chair, as well as a bookcase.

FOURTH BEDROOM
The fourth bedroom is spacious, with a single bed, a desk with chair and a comfortable sheepskin armchair. The room is decorated with art on the walls and has a skylight above.
