Close to the finest delicatessen stores:, Fauchon and Ladurée at Place de la Madeleine. Only one minute walk to the Presidential Palace and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré with all its Haute Couture stores (Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci) as well as the jewellers of the Place Vendôme (Boucheron, Cartier, Mikimoto, Harry Winston). Just ten minutes walk to the French Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps). This very beautiful, elegant, and peaceful apartment is tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture and an authentic oak wooden floor will provide you a comfortable and restful stay in Paris. The building is well kept, has security-controlled access, and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and is fully equipped and modernized with a brand new kitchen (traditional oven plus a microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine all SMEG and BOSH, big refrigerator with deep freezer MIELE). A very comfortable Tréca queen-size bed, and extra luxurious queen size sofa-bed. You will have ADSL Internet & WiFi access throughout the flat; cable TV, with more than 200 channels in French, English, Spanish, German, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. Free telephone to 110 countries. Everything you need close by and the Metro a minute away

Joseph is a wonderful host. Apartment is as advertised and reviewed. Loved that everything we could possibly need was within a 10 min walk. The metro is a minute a way and gets you to all the sights and wherever you want to go with ease.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

Joseph communicated very promptly and thoroughly throughout the entire booking. When we arrived he met us and showed us the apartment, which is gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. The area is perfect with art galleries and restaurants nearby, with a one minute walk to the Metro. You will love your stay in Paris here.

Wonderful stay

We could not be more pleased with this VRBO. Joseph was a pleasure to work with and was very reaponsive. The apartment is gorgeous and in a very nice part of town. You can walk to the Eiffel tower, gardens, the Louvre in 20 minutes. Great restaurants, designer shopping, and groceries within 5 minute walk. Full kitchen, laundry, and air conditioning all included. 5 stars and would love to stay here again.

Where is the second bedroom?

I chose that property because two bedrooms were advertised. Unfortunately there was only one. To use the bathrooms you had to be a Liliputian. .

Parisian Luxury

This beautiful apartment is classically decorated in a luxurious style. Large and well appointed, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay in a vibrant neighborhood, including washer & a/c. Our party of 4 (grandparents & 2 teenage granddaughters) enjoyed the privacy of this special place. It afforded easy access to lots of restaurants & boutiques. We used G7 cabs or walked to the metro. Clean, in a clean neighborhood, it was everything we could have hoped for—& a short walk tot he Chps Elysees. We loved the gorgeous large windows overlooking the street below, the nearby boulangerie, & the numerous art galleries.

Beautifully appointed comfortable apartment.

This apartment is beautifully appointed with antiques with an up to date fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a quiet area, close to major attractions with a nearby metro station. We did not meet the owner Jacob, either at the beginning, or during our stay and felt as a consequence that the handover when we arrived was not as informative as we had been led to expect. We were left to puzzle out a few things on our own. For example in the refrigerator and on the kitchen bench there was a range of wine and beer and a schedule listing the individual bottles and their price. When we checked we found there was little correlation between the schedule and the actual bottles of wine in the apartment. This caused us some unnecessary concern. We enjoyed the apartment and just feel the meet and greet could have been better managed.

Excellent stay at impeccably decorated home in the 8th

We had a wonderful visit at Joseph’s home in Paris. The layout of his apartment works well for 2 or up to 4 guests with privacy for all and also generous sitting areas and 2 full baths. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings immerse you into Parisian culture. Wonderful location for our event on the main designer shopping street. Easy to access and very safe neighborhood and building. We will return.

Superb Apartment!

We simply had an amazing time here! The apartment is absolutely charming, spacious, clean, and perfectly located to all the major sights in Paris. Joseph was very informative and promptly responded to all of our questions and emails. We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again!

Classic Parisian Apartment with A/C!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Madeleine. The apartment is decorated beautifully. The location has many cafés and restaurants just doorsteps away. Pharmacy and grocery stores only a block away. Historic neighborhood with lots of wonderful architecture. A couple blocks away is the Elysee palace. The official residence of the president of France. The apartment has AC which was a tremendous plus since we were visiting in July. Fabulous kitchen fully stocked. We highly recommend this apartment.

Spectacular Paris Apartment!!

Joseph was amazingly responsive and helpful. He coordinated a driver from the airport, and Chris was at the apartment to greet us and ensure everything met our needs. The apartment is in a chic and quiet neighborhood very close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is sumptuously appointed but still very comfortable. The best!!

Great Place

Wonderful apartment, close to everything you need. Metro is just a couple of blocks away. Such a walkable city, though we were able to hail a cab easily by walking around the corner when we needed. Loved the location, communication and kindness from the owner!

Exceptional Experience

Situated in an excellent neighborhood with quick access to all the best that Paris has to offer. Quiet apartment that was perfect for a longer stay - felt like our home. Paris at its best
