Welcome to our sublime 22 m2 studio located on the 2nd floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Completely new studio: Our studio has been recently renovated to offer a luxury and modern space.

Central location: You will be ideally located for exploring Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within a short walking distance.

Kitchen equipment: The studio is equipped with an American kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.

Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

You can stroll on the famous Pont des Arts, "lovers' bridge", go shopping on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and reach Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées or the Jardin des Tuileries on foot

The property was clean and smells so good. Newly renovated and it has everything you need. So close to the metro and the Louvre is a big plus. Safe neighborhood too. It is a few steps to the Boulangerie (bakery) and you can have a nice breakfast and we also enjoyed the restaurants nearby and all are within walking distance. The property manager/owner was very helpful and has made sure we were comfortable. Thank You we enjoyed the experience.

Perfect location, super helpful
My daughter and I stayed in the flat for a long weeekend to enjoy all the art of Paris. The location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the Louvre after grabbing a coffee and a croissant. And we LOVED dinner at Chez Blanc. We hired the driver from the airport, he was wonderful, gave us tips about getting around the city and even made sure we got in OK as we were early due to flight arrival times. It’s small, but we really only slept and it was perfect.
