The property was clean and nice. But it’s small for a family of 5. There are enough beds, but the bathroom is tiny and the rooms are tiny. Also, there are no hooks to hang up anything and no kind of furniture to use in the bedrooms to put stuff.

Didn’t get any compensation, Vrbo only returned the payment as if we just simply cancelled. Very poor management.Try to find a better app

The host never contacted us, never responded x 5 months following the booking and into the date we were to receive the access information. The host never answers calls or emails from VRBO the day before we were to receive the access code or the day of. We had to scramble to find other accomodation following the "check in" time as per VRBO customer support. Do not book this VRBO.

If you’re looking for a hostel type accommodation in a great location, this is your place. Bring your own toilet paper, spare towels and soap. Host is completely not communicative. We thought it was a scam and weren't sure we would have a place to stay after traveling from 1/2 way across the world. Completely anxiety producing. Good luck!
