With views over the private terrace and greenery, this house is the ideal place for a quiet stay in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux. This 55 m² house on 2 levels comprises :

- a large 20 m² terrace with seating area,
- an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with two single beds, an office area and a dining room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- an upstairs bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- air conditioning,
- Wifi and books.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
