Quartier un peu déroutant au départ car situé près de Barbes donc avec une population étrangère importante !Sinon hotel propre et bien situé car proche Metro ligne 12.Calme car au fond d'une cour retiré de la rue.Petit dejeuner copieux et varié servi par une personne très agréable et aimable.Je recommande cet hébergement.Par contre la façade de l'Hotel ne laisse pas penser que c'est bien un hotel.
