The Hotel is well located, close to Metro, in a relatively safe neighborhood. The Staff is exceptional, extremely helpful, and kind. The breakfast was delicious, highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and nice (except for the carpet... dark and dirty). Nevertheless, highly recommend it.

This was our first family trip to Paris, and thanks to this hotel, it became a wonderful and unforgettable experience! What impressed us the most was the kindness of the staff. In fact, our car, which was parked in a nearby parking garage, got stuck because of a problem with the parking payment machine, and we were unable to leave. One of the hotel staff members—a very kind lady with a tattoo of the Japanese character “愛” (“love”) on her neck—kindly helped us by interpreting our phone call with the parking garage management company. Thanks to her help, we were finally able to get our car out. We were truly grateful for her kindness and support! Thank you so much! If we have another chance to visit Paris, we will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff helpful but the check-in lady wanted to charge us €150 extra even though we showed us the booking confirmation, she still insisted we had to pay. Then she charged another €50 euros on our card which she said will be returned on checkout but we didn't receive it.

We initially booked another accommodation but had to move out after one day because of faulty air conditioner. That’s where this hotel came to the rescue. Everything was amazing and even during the heat wave the air conditioner was working very well. Breakfast was also very generous. I would choose this again if I am in Paris next time.

Staff were friendly from as soon as we made our reservation. They were very helpful in guiding us around Paris. Breakfast was superb, with something for everyone. Will definitely stay there again for our next visit as they are just a short metro ride from Trocadero and it's noce and peaceful for a decent sleep after a heavy day of sightseeing.

This place is good, we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Pros: This place provides delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and on daily basis they cleaned the room. Location is surrounded with restaurants so you have multiple options to eat. On 4th day we left 15 minutes early before breakfast started, when asked for some snacks for kids they provide. Cons: During our stay time, heat wave warning was going on and the AC was not sufficient enough for our room. So, on the last night, I have to ask for a portable fan, which they provided. Our door lock card was not working on 3rd day. Tried changing multiple cards but didn't work. Only opens with the Master Card. On request they provide another room.
