fairly long and complicated walk to the hotel. room was ok, section of the flooring in bathroom stuck to my feet after a shower lol. I gave up trying to connect to the internet just used my data, I'm not entirely sure why you'd want to make it difficult to connect.

Excellent suite for a family of 5. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower was good and clean. The room was surprisingly spacy. The casting didn't work for the tv's (they had no internet connection), but a small issue in an otherwise great room.

look when we arrived for take the key the système informatic don’t work, they don’t give explication and the lane behind me is very long. In the restaurant the same story no informatic so the service is so longue. For pay the food forget we stay in front of the casher 22 minutes for paid. the day where we abandon this hotel the receptionist ask me to pay more money because they make mistaque when I paid. so I ask a facture but they can’t give me one telling me that I will received for email. Today 5 days after i don’t received nothing. other thing the fuente with lemon water is full but don’t have cops

This is a tres stylish mid-century marvel, but it's a bit of a walk from the CDVal. The only dining option was an overpriced buffet. The pool was small but functional, the gym worked out fine. - both stylish. Iconic hotel. A short hop from the truly horrific round Terminal 1. Leave a lot, a lot of time to check in there, and don't just join any line hoping it's security. The hotel is cute.

The entrance was not well marked or lit. I didn't feel comfortable walking to it. Their communication on how to get to the property was confusing. Then ck in was not welcoming at all. then they never told me I had to use the room key to turn on the lights and a/c. the room was hot when I entered it, and i had to go back downstairs to find this out. they just assumed i would know this? then there were no washcloths. overall, i would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a short walk from the airport tram. It was drizzling when we got to our stop, but most of the sidewalk was covered. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The bed was saggy.

The hotel is pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. We arrived around 11 am and we had to pay an extra of 30 euros for "early checking" and there is no shuttle between the airport and the hotel so 50 euros extra for transportation. Other than that we were pleased with the room.

Although the hotel advertises as providing a shuttle service, when asking to reserve a time-slot to go to the airport, we were told using a taxi was a better option. Also, there’s only one restaurant on-site and it doesn’t open until 7 pm. The rooms remind me of a Motel 6 in quality.

The Curtains would not close completely, the the room was not dark when one hat to sleep at 1500. The bathtub was missing the drain plug. So it was useless The gym is not a gym. More like an exercise room for only cardio. Kind of disappointed that the where not even a single weight

bad check in process

the check in process was terrible. we arrive late at night with young children. the room didnt had conecting door and all 3 rooms didnt have tawels for all. it took forever to get seteled in the room. i have a member card (which he didnt find) and i have reservation for VIENNA in July .thinking i will cancel it!

This stay was a sleep over in order to take an early flight the next day. The hotel itself is ok, it has a minimalist gym and a decent enough pool, welcome enough during the summer heat. The restaurant only offered a buffet at night, which was not worth the price, but served the full menu in the room (i still don't understand why they made that distinction). The only negative thing was the handling of the shuttle from and to the airport. I did call the hotel (with the indicated number) and they told me which shuttle to take only to discover ... too late ... that they directed me to the wrong hotel ... To go from CDG to this mercure, use the CDGVAL till PR and then walk (without much indications, but a sextant might do the trick) 5 minutes at least to the hotel.

Try the Holiday Inn next door

The property is nice. It is relatively convenient for the airport. The staff, however, were uniformly unhelpful, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. The restaurant only has a buffet option for dinner. I called room service three times and was put on hold for 15 minutes once I finally connected. I went down to the restaurant and placed my room service order in person. Then, I was told I could not charge the order to my room. It ended up working out, but in addition to a frustrating experience at check in where the desk person couldn't find our reservation and then did after I insisted she search again, my advice is stay at the Holiday Inn next door. This hotel is nice enough, but the overworked and unhelpful staff ruin the experience.
