We stayed in a classic room and it looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was old and dirty, the bathtub was clogged. The room was also super hot, the air conditioning is just weak and doesn't work. they did move us to another room the second night which was better, but still the air coniditioning was not strong enough and it was very difficult to sleep.

Rooms are very tired therefore not super clean. Restaurant is close Friday thru Sunday. Bar drink pretty bad and the most horrible burger EVER aka take ground beef cook it like a goulash then form it in to a patty then add cheese and call it Le Burger… Also very hard bed!!!

Would not recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris and the city. Had multiple problems with check in and the room key not working. Also near a nightclub and having to take the bus and walk around in this area did not feel secure.

Vraiment très bien

Bonne nuit passée dans cet hôtel. J'avais déjà tester un autre de la même chaine et la literie est toujours aussi bonne, Le petit déjeuné était très satisfaisant et le personnel féminin très agréable. Petit point noir sur le barman qui ne parlait pas bien français et pas très bien au fait du fonctionnement de son bar.

Séjour qui s'est bien passé, cependant beaucoup de bruits générés par le flux de touristes présent dans l'établissement. Une seule cage d'ascenseur fonctionnelle ce qui rend les temps d'attente très long au vue de la fréquentation de l'établissement.

on est en dans une zone aeroportuaire, et pres du marche de Rungis ok, mais, il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant (hormis le mac do). la navette de l'aeroport ne fonctionne que jusque 23.00... l'hotel acceuille des cars entiers de touristes asiatiques qui encombrent la reception tres longtemps (surtout quand il n'y a qu une personne pour gerer). 1 seul ascenceur ne fonctionnait... (imaginez quand le hall est plein de touristes). la receptionniste faisait des remontrances a la stagiaire.. l'hygiene au petit dejeuner est vraiment a revoir... au 6 ieme, on entendait bien le traffic routier. bref, mieux vaut eviter cet hotel. il y a pire, evidemment, mais il ne merite pas 4 etoiles. 2, ou 3 peut etre.

Autant le personnel d acceuil était professionnel autant le responsable du petit dejeuner fait preuve d incompétence: oeufs brouillés de la veille (et froid), yahourt qui déborde, traces de saleté sur le carrelage (datant de la veille). Une honte totale dans un hôtel de cette classe. C est navrant. Un ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas alors que des cars de touristes arrivaient…

I like the room. It was neat and up the standard. The staff were respectful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. They need to have complementary water in the room daily. Also, the air conditioner needs to be fixed. It does not cool well. I felt quite uncomfortable even when the AC was on the highest. It was not cooling the room properly.

Clean decent sized room with everything needed. Air con was a god send. Small negatives that the hinge on the bathroom door was broken and very loud traffic out front. Not sure if any form of sound proofing could be done. Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly across the entire stay. Free WiFi that actually worked all the time was a huge positive. Overall a very decent place to stay.
