Wonderful location with shopping, restaurants, cafes, metro nearby. Neighbourhood has a young vibe. Unit is very nice with great shower and comfy bed. Only negative was the studio is quite small once you open up the sofa bed. Also note you have to use stairs for first floor to reach elevator.

We would recommend this clean apartment/hotel :) As a family with an 18-month-old, it's a decent size - enough for her to roam, even with the sofa bed pulled out (Room 603). The bed in the bedroom is great. We pushed the mattress against the wall for extra safety (we could not move the whole bed). The kitchenette is useful. Bathroom is a good size. Shower is good! Like the design. Only thing is that the tap is quite high and too out so the water splashes everywhere. Plenty of toilet roll. Soundproofing is good but not perfect. We use a white nose machine for our toddler which helps. We stayed Thursday night until Monday. Thursday was very noisy with people eating and drinking until 1am, the same happened on Friday night, but Saturday and Sunday were strangely quiet. Strangely, on Saturday morning at 7.30am, I was woken up by vacuuming and moving furniture, even though the bedroom is on the corner and on the highest floor! The steps up to the first floor are quite steep and not very good if you're elderly or injured. The elevator/lift is tiny. It did fit me (pregnant), our toddler, and my husband with a backpack (but we are petite people). It would have been nice if they had umbrellas in the office as it rained unexpectedly during our stay. Temperature control is okay. It's quite warm and it's November. The elevator and stairs area may be very warm in summer!

We had an incredible 4-day stay at this property. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from multiple train stations, excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, and popular tourist attractions. The property itself is new, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Great location and perfect stay! We enjoyed being so close to a central Metro station (Les Halles) and a walk away from the river, cathedral, Louvre, and very many great restaurants! The room was clean, well-furnished with essentials (microwave, utensils, etc), and fold our couch comfortable. Would def come again!

we were impressed with the rooms. very quiet even nestled within the les halles. easily accessible to metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. if any ambulation issues, need to consider that you have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to elevator. overall, would easily come back to this hotel

Todo excelente la persona que nos recibió, muy amable. Al check out mi hijo se le calló su cadena y los llamaron avisar. El departamento muy bien ubicado, en una calle peatonal muy transitada pero no se oía la bulla de afuera. El departamento tiene decoración moderna, acogedora. Tiene un balcón divino con una mesa y dos sillas, donde nos tomamos unos vinos y disfrutamos de la algarabia de la gente. Toallas, sábanas. Almohadas de muy buena calidad.

Great place to stay when visiting Paris! The unit itself is quite spacious and the area is walkable. Very clean with a modern bathroom, kitchen nook and sitting area. The spiral staircase could be challenging if you have mobility issues but there is a small elevator off the 1st floor you can use. Host was very responsive.

The place was excellent. Clean with free access to a washing machine and dryer that was greatly appreciated. Our room was on the first floor, which was too close to the street noise. Even at 3AM in the morning, I could hear a lot of activity. Next time, I will bring earplugs. Other than the external noise, it was a great place to stay.
