We stayed at the Novotel for 6 days and it was phenomenal. The staff was very courteous and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was amazing and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The subway is like 5 minutes f a walk which really made the visit very easy.

The experience in this hotel was mot really good. We requested a room changed and they gave us a room for the disabled, faucets were so hard to turn that I wonder how a person with disability will be able to handle that. We stayed at Novotel for 5 days 4 nights, we never had AC although they said the AC was ok, I requested a fan to not succes. The cleaning crew did not do a good job, pieces of french fries on the carpet were never picked up, that was left there from the former guests. They did not put clean towels and also the coffee stirring stick were never replaced.

Quick stay with 2 twin beds. Our bathtub didn’t drain correctly and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. We wished both beds had phone charging outlets, not just one. The lobby area is nice, but the hallways smelled of cigarettes. No pool. About 30 mins to city center by public transit and the train or bus stop is about 7mins walk.

Not a good experience

The hotel overall is okay. The lobby, restaurant, and common areas are quite new and well-maintained. However, I had a major issue with the room—specifically the bathroom. The room itself was spacious and relatively comfortable, but the bathroom was in very poor condition. It was outdated, with visible mold on the ceiling and wallpaper. The bathtub was stained and looked unclean, and the water pressure and temperature were inconsistent, making for an unpleasant shower experience. Additionally, the front desk staff were quite rude, which added to the negative impression. If you don’t mind a subpar bathroom, the stay might be acceptable. But for me, traveling for work, a good shower at the end of the day is essential. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet that basic need. I wouldn’t recommend it—consider other options if available.

The hotel was good in terms of facilities and staff however there was no hot water for 3 days and no water at all for one day meaning nobody could shower. The AC was also very hot and was not cold enough for the weather meaning sometimes it was hotter inside than outside!

Dreadful

A truly dreadful experience filthy room shocking state of bathroom and toilet. Truly disgusting . I expect more from Novotel having just stayed in one of their hotel suites in Nice for 8 nights and having a wonderful experience. I am expecting a refund for this awful experience at the Novotel Paris est conference.
