The experience in this hotel was mot really good. We requested a room changed and they gave us a room for the disabled, faucets were so hard to turn that I wonder how a person with disability will be able to handle that. We stayed at Novotel for 5 days 4 nights, we never had AC although they said the AC was ok, I requested a fan to not succes. The cleaning crew did not do a good job, pieces of french fries on the carpet were never picked up, that was left there from the former guests. They did not put clean towels and also the coffee stirring stick were never replaced.

Convenient.

Good location near metro for access to Paris. Underground parking (€20/night). Very hot in room (4 people, 10th floor). Sofa bed ok. Super little restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ nearby.

Booked a double room with a fridge only to find out on site that they removed all fridges from their room! Each room has huge curtains but only one small window and the rest is just a wall. I didn’t like the ugly texture all over the walls and ceiling.The safe was broken and unusable. Cigarette burn on the chair, window handle stayed in my hand, marks on shower floor… Room was ok but blah. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I booked a Novotel Hotel to have a good experience. Firstly, i arrived at 8am, waited for 6hrs at the lobby. 2pm, I stood at the counter for 30mins before I shouted to be attended to. I got to my room, big patch of stain on the rug, several hair strands on the bed. Shower tray waste water not properly draining. I have spent over 600 euros for this bad experience.

The staff were okay. We booked a room with double bed and sofa bed. We checked-in and when we unfold sofa bed, it does not have matters, instead of getting a new matters, they were asking us to move a room, that's around 1AM. We were tired after travel and had to fight to get a new room. Staff were able to scramble and gave us a new room, but new room does not have soap and fixtures are broken in bath room. The only positive thing with hotel is staff; when we report an issue they will try to address within their capacity.

A two and a half star hotel with rude staff

It is not a four star hotel in a million years. It doesn’t even reach three stars. The hotel staff have no idea of customer service. Many of them were rude. 1. The key to the room did not work multiple times during our stay and we had to go back to reception and make a line to reactive it. 2. Only few of the elevators work up to a point in which a lot of people wait to go up. 3. Three of four times no one answered the gate door. Not even when the car that would take us to the airport tried to enter. We even went inside to ask the security guy at the entrance to open it and he said he couldn’t in a very rude way. 4. To enter to have breakfast there were lines every day of over 33 people even though there were plenty of empty tables inside. When we asked, they said they were under staffed. 5. The person at check in was not welcoming or friendly at all. He didn’t even pat attention to our questions or try to answer them. 6. Even to leave and pick up luggage at reception you have to do it yourself in the storage room (which shall not happen in a four star hotel). 7. The AC did not work in the rooms and the convention’s meeting halls. 8. The room condition is not that of the four stars the hotel portrays at their entrance. It’s more a two and a half.

現地ツアーの集合場所だったので前日宿泊したのですが、とにかくサービスがひどかったです。 ①最初に部屋を間違えられて、指定された部屋に違う人がいました。それはすぐに他の部屋に変えてもらえました。 ②洗面台の下の管に穴が開いていて、水を出す度に下からドバドバと水が漏れて、あたりが水浸しになりました。 ③シャワーヘッド（か蛇口？）が壊れていて、シャワーが使えませんでした。 ④ベッド横の照明のスイッチが壊れていて、一度つけたら消すことができませんでした。 ⑤シャワーが使えず困ったので、フロントに行って伝えたら、『１５分以内に見に行く』と言ったのに、結局一晩中誰も来てくれませんでした。 こんなにひどいホテルは初めてでした。料金を返して欲しいくらいです。 ちなみに、同じく前泊していた方々にも話を聞いたところ、やはり、お湯が出なかったり、故障があってフロントに言っても来てくれなかったりと、皆さん不平がおありのようでした。 空港からの便が良いので利用客は多いのでしょうが、ツアーの中に入れるべきではないホテルだと思います。 集合が朝の７時と早かったので、前泊した方が多かったのですが、旅行会社にはこういうこともふまえて、早朝集合の時のホテルを考えて頂きたいと思いました。

The hotel was good in terms of facilities and staff however there was no hot water for 3 days and no water at all for one day meaning nobody could shower. The AC was also very hot and was not cold enough for the weather meaning sometimes it was hotter inside than outside!

I suggest the hotel improve the room facilities, especially the bathroom. It's unpleasant. The air conditioning doesn't cool, and they cut off the water supply, so we couldn't shower on the last day of our stay. It completely overshadows the experience, considering how beautiful the city is, because it's not up to par. Sugiero al hotel a mejorar las instalaciones de las habitaciones pero sobre todo del baño, no es placentero, el aire acondicionado no enfria y cortaron el suministro de agua no nos pudimos bañar el ultimo dia de nuestra estancia. Opaca 100% la experiencia con lo hermosa que es la ciudad por no estar a la altura

Havde et dejligt ophold. Vi havde booket 2 alm. værelser, men fik handicap værelser og det betød noget for indretningen af værelserne. Der var virkelig mange mennesker på hotellet især børn/ unge og det betød STORT pres på elevatorerne og en eller flere ofte var ude af drift…. Sidste aften lugtede der af kloak på værelset????? Men dagen efter var det væk.?

A truly dreadful experience filthy room shocking state of bathroom and toilet. Truly disgusting . I expect more from Novotel having just stayed in one of their hotel suites in Nice for 8 nights and having a wonderful experience. I am expecting a refund for this awful experience at the Novotel Paris est conference.
