Good stay, good service happy with cleaning standards, could have done with extra bed as two teenage daughters had to share a bed, also some vending machines for snacks would have been good 😊 and lastly parking charge of £15 per night is bad

We stayed here before our flight out of CDG and it was fabulous. For a fee, they let us check in at 09:30 and our baby was able to get a good nap in after a hectic travel schedule! The play area was great for our kids to run in, the staff was so kind and had colouring and puzzles for our kids to take on the flight. We walked to the large shopping mall quite easily which was a nice bonus. The breakfast in the morning had a huge selection and was delicious. Would recommend!

Mediocre hotel, feels a little dated! The room was spacious but the beds were not so comfortable and they had plastic sheet under the bed linen. So it was very warm. The staff at the restaurant were super nice. The check in was little slow.

Our room was dusty smelling and so stuffy when we arrived. It was relatively clean but looked way more dated than the pictures had looked. Not bad condition considering the age. There was no water for drinking in the room and the only option was to buy small expensive water bottles in the lobby. At just after 8am the cleaning lady walked in to our room without knocking while my husband was in the washroom. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were nice. There were 2 conventions going on which made it hard getting through the lobby with bags but that’s not the hotels fault. The shuttle got us to the airport and that was the reason we picked it although for the 10 euro plus tip we likely could have just caught a cab. All in all the place needs an update but was fine for our one night stay

Using this location quite often. Very convenient location within a few minutes to the terminals at CDG. Always enjoy a restaurant with the bar at the lobby level; the Novotel's team is very helpful and friendly. The only minus is the price for the parking which should be at the discounted price for the quests (minor )
