Convenient location about 4 blocks away from RER, parking garage, convenient bar and nice lobby big enough to entertain some guests. Comfortable and spacious enough rooms. We will be back!

Pros: The Staff make this a 7 Star Hotel! Mariam was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything on our stay was perfect! Farouk, Manel and Mariam were all so sweet, helpful and kind. The rooms were very nice and the Nespresso machine was greatly appreciated. Cons: Heater did not work very well and some amenities like lotion and shower caps were not available.

I was disappointed with the room service during my stay. Upon arrival, the toilet had not been properly cleaned. Furthermore, basic amenities like coffee capsules and paper cups were not refilled daily. I had to repeatedly request these from reception; even then, they only arrived occasionally. For the price paid, I expected much more consistent housekeeping.

Internet was not working most of stay. There was only one working elevator and the hotel was packed. Our bathroom sink was not draining and our Safe was not working, so we had to carry our valuables as there was No maintenance on weekends. We didn’t have towels, and asked every evening for them and were told we had to wait till next day. The Staff and Manager were extremely nice and were actually the best part of the stay. Some of them Didn’t speak English as one guest didn’t have toilet paper and so he had to bring the empty roll to show them.

Great room friendly people.

The room was great very spacious and just what a family needs. The down side was depending what cleaner was on, on the day it was noticeably different. Also the breakfast service was not great. States 7-11 but even if you go down at 9.50am they are clearing it away, no cooked breakfast only if you make your eggs yourself. And the variety was not great. Nothing was kept topped up. I would definitely not rate it at a 4 star.

This property does not have two double beds in the family rooms as falsely advertised by Expedia. The hotel say they have told them to change it many times and had many complaints, mine being one of them when we found a very small folding camp bed instead of the double bed we booked the room because of. Expedia are not responding my to my complaints. (Three made now with photos)

Horrible EXPERIENCE - AVOID

Since our check-in, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning. We specifically chose your hotel because air conditioning was listed as a basic amenity, and we expected a comfortable environment for our family after driving for 4 hours. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot and stuffy, with outside temperatures at 29°C, making it impossible to rest properly. We tried to call reception to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. As a result, we had to personally go down six floors several times to speak with staff. Only then were we told that the air conditioning system had not been working since 5:00 pm on 4th July. We checked in at 9:30 pm and were not informed about this issue upon arrival, which is unacceptable and shows a clear failure of communication and customer care. Infact when first reported we were asked to wait for sometime for the room to get cooler. This is really shocking despite the fact that the hotel management staff at reception knew that it’s a failure of the aircon system in the entire hotel and it has been reported to the directors much before our arrival. This experience has completely disrupted our holiday and caused significant discomfort and distress for our family. We feel that the services promised to us were not provided, and we have been seriously inconvenienced.

Aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was proper en verzorgd, en de bedden lagen comfortabel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. Het ontbijt bood een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en was meer dan voldoende om de dag goed te starten. Zeker een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een verzorgd en aangenaam verblijf.

A FUIR Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais dans cet hôtel Le personnel à l’air systématiquement perdu En exemple ,à chaque fois il me demande de payer payer le parking alors que ce dernier est inclus dans ma réservation Idem pour le petit déjeuner Le comble est qu’après avoir réservé il y a quatre semaines ,je reçois un appel en début d’après midi pour m’indiquer que l’hôtel est surbooké et qu’ils ne peuvent honorer la réservation Depuis des années je dors une centaine de nuit à l hôtel par an et je n’avais jamais vu ça J’ai du prendre un hôtel beaucoup plus cher et aucune compensation de bb et aucune compassion d’une réceptionniste qui n’avait rien à faire de ce problème Je vous passe les désagréments occasionnée
