🔑This apartment has self-check-in. However, we are available 7 days a week to assist you if needed. You can contact us through the booking platform.

✨🏠 This apartment, ideally located in the 3rd arrondissement, is just a 5-minute walk from the Picasso Museum and a 15-minute walk from Notre-Dame, the Louvre Museum, and the Châtelet Les Halles shopping center.
Take a nearby bus to Saint-Germain and enjoy a picturesque ride through some of Paris’s most elegant and charming neighborhoods.

🚶‍♂️ a 10-minute walk from Lines 1, 5, and 8 from the Bastille station

-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Lost Items
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

Any loss or misplacement of keys between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
