    Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM. Departures must be no later than 11:00 AM.
    Check-ins between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and departures between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM incur an additional fee of 40 €.
    Check-ins and departures between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur an additional fee of 70 €.
    Check-ins and departures on Sundays or public holidays incur a fee of 50 €.
    Check-ins and departures on December 25th or January 1st incur a fee of 150 €.

Communication with the host was irregular, the property was dirty and not properly represented in the pictures. Couch cushions were stained and had broken zippers. There were scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls. Some of the trim on the bookshelf was coming out about 3 inches rug was stained, mattress cover was ripped. I came all the way from the US after having a chemo session to fulfill one of my dreams of coming to Paris just to be totally disappointed and dismayed by this property. The fact that Vrbo and the host did not stand behind the property and ensured that the property was up to specs was completely flabbergasting to me! From the entrance pictures on the listing all through were all deceptions! Basically they just wanted the money and didn’t care about the guests! This was a heartbreaking experience and will forever put Paris in a negative light for me!Do not be fooled by these pictures! There was black mold all over the bathroom, especially in the area where the toilet was. Contacted the host and they did nothing about it. They did not offer to come and take care of the issue nor to put us in another property, there was not a fan or any other form of ventilation there. Even after I told the host that there was no fan there they did not come and bring us one. Afterwards, all I received was an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience.Currently still dealing with them trying to get my refund. I repeat do not book this studio! You will be disappointed!
