A secure parking box is available in the basement of the residence. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the balcony. Located near the famous rue Mouffetard, close to the historic heart of Paris, metro and bus. Direct access by RER from Charles de Gaulle airport.
With an exceptional view over the private gardens of Port-Royal, and a large balcony to enjoy it, this beautiful 4-room, 110 m2 family apartment is very bright and extremely quiet (no street: garden and courtyard). Ideal for a family. Children can play in the residence's gardens, whose entrance is secured by a code. Covered and closed private parking. 24-hour surveillance.
