This studio is ideal for a single or a couple.
It is composed as follows: on the 1st floor of a quiet condominium, with a view of the interior courtyard of the building (no view of the street).
The entrance is directly through the main room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the American style, a bedroom area with a “Queen-Size” bed and an Italian-style shower room and a W.C. The photos speak for themselves -themselves.

Rue du Temple and Rue de Bretagne are the streets of this district where Parisians do their shopping.
