Lockbox codes did not work

The codes provided for the lockbox to pick up the keys did not work. I was late for an appt because i couldnt get in to the apartment. They finally unlocked it remotely.It was nearly impossible to communicate with the property owner. I was given a single phone number which was long distance, unable to text or use Whatsapp. No email provided, only blank dashes. Sending messages through the app only gave me AI generated responses.Once i was in, everything was fine but it was a very stressful few hours.

Mon séjour a été fantastique, Je me suis sentie comme si j'étais chez moi, L'appartement est paisible, très bien aménagé et esthétiquement plaisant, La propriété était extrêmement propre et tout était bien organisé, L'espace de bureau m'a permis de travailler à distance, c'était idéal, J'ai beaucoup apprécié la climatisation en raison de la chaleur extérieure, La proximité avec les attractions touristiques était parfaite, Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation, Merci encore!
