Excelente ubicación

Haber elegido ese hotel, fue la mejor decisión para estar muy cerca de los principales atractivos de París, sin necesidad de transporte público. Está muy bien ubicado, todo accesible.

Gestion impeccable.

Ayant réservé en ligne une chambre d'un lit une place j'apprenais quelques heures plus tard que ma femme devait aussi m'y rejoindre. Sur appel téléphonique de ma part la direction modifia selon mon nouveau besoin. Tout était près pour notre arrivée vers 20 heures. Pas de bruit à l'étage durant la nuit.

화장실에 곰팡이 냄새가 남. 냉장고 안은 더러워서 무엇인가를 넣고싶지 않음. 침대가 편함. 관광지 대부분 걸어다닐 수 있어서 좋음. 오폐라 근처라 샤를드골 이동도 편함.

Très bien

L'hôtel ferme à la fin de l'année 2019, définitivement. En attendant, n'hésitez pas à y aller. Il est très correct et d'un très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Attention si vous avez de gros bagages : l'ascenseur est minuscule.

The room was not as pictured. The ceilings had mold and mildew stains. You can hear the water running through the walls and the room has a distinct smell. The only thing that was decent was the updated bathroom. The furniture and bed was outdated. We were offered another room which was no better since the bathroom was not updated. The elevator was tiny, can only fit one person and one luggage. For the amount that we paid, it definitely was not worth it. Do not book your stay here.

Kept it a two star hotel please

Excellent location and charming staff. It was old fashioned and dowdy but sometimes you just want a two star hotel in a good location. This was it. Shame I hear it’s closing down

El hotel es viejo, sucio, descuidado. El colchón viejo y en mal estado, el cubre camas sucio, las sábanas limpias. El olor de las habitaciones es espantoso. El baño lleno de moho, lavamanos partido, las lámparas polvo negro y telarañas. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación sin aire, al reclamar nos cambiaron. No regresaría ni lo recomiendo, salí asqueada. La zona súper, segura, a 7 minutos caminando del louvre o de 2 estaciones de tren. El personal cordial

Siamo arrivati e la stanza non era doppia come da contratto ma unica con quattro letti di cui uno con doghe mancanti. Mobili e letti vecchi. pavimento sporco. Camera con puzza ogni giorno. Dal bagno un giorno puzza di pesce. phon non funzionante ma sostituito da uno mobile. Lampadari ed illuminazione scarsa. Camera sicuramente a due posti trasformata a quattro posti. Albergo sicuramente pericoloso in caso di incendio: la nostra camera era l'ultima di un lungo e stretto corridoio. La finestra dava in un cortile chiuso di pochi metri quadrati. Le fotografie delle camere presenti nel sito non corrispondono alla camera che ci è stata data. Il portiere notturno gentile e disponibile. Nonostante il contratto prevedesse una camera doppia per quattro persone la stessa non ci è stata data e facevano finta di non capire.

I was cheated by this hotel

I was asked to pay 11:20 pm when I came back. I was overcharged then I complained about it . The person told me I will get refund . My credit card record shows the price I was overcharged. Only good thing about the hotel was location .

Front Desk lady HAJER almost ruined our trip

Arrived before check in time and went to the Eiffel tower. Came back at 6 PM only to find in our room a wet carpet with a very bad odor (Water leak) and NO WORKING AC with no FAN. Website and Hotel Description Mentions AC! We talked to Hajer, a lady at the front desk and she tried to evade us with lies and unreasonable explanations. She even mentioned that AC was a privilege?? and would be charged extra if needed. Since it was almost time for her to get off work she did not make any effort whatsoever to switch us to a different room. We had to talk to hotels dot com and they told us they will refund us the 2 nights we were staying if we'd like. They talked to her and Immediately Hajer offered us a different room with a Working AC. The hotel is on an excellent location. Paris heat with no AC or Fan is terrible. The Night Front Desk man was great, so kind and so nice! Not like the other lady. Beds are very nice, old room with a newly renovated bathroom. Would not come back if Front Desk receptionist Hajer is still there.

The property was in an excellent location to visit some of the main sites in Paris, including the Jardin de Tuilleries and the Louvre, and for a fantastic price. The staff were all excellent. Friendly, accomodating, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are on a budget and want somewhere safe and pleasant to stay.
