Our experience at the Pullman Hotel Montparnasse was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. During our eventful visit to Paris, the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the team made all the difference. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, fantastic breakfast, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team that runs it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a more compassionate group of people. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Montparnasse for helping during our challenging situation and ensuring we still had a truly memorable and comfortable stay. Great location!

nice rooms, excellent shower and water pressure. Beds really comfortable- and I didn't roll into my husband. There was construction outside the hotel in the street but no noise or dirt in the hospital. GREAT location for the train- a few blocks, and lots of really good restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Close to the metro so sightseeing was easy. The staff is top notch and pay attention to detail. At the bar we found the drinks to be expensive. Only downfall.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices but very busy as it is a stop-off for major cruise line. We did not use the other restaurants as the Burger Joint had take-out only and the Italian was only open after 7 PM. Taxi stand is just outside hotel and Metro is across the street. Lots of dining options outside the hotel plus the hotel staff were very helpful advising how to get to attractions We did not go to see Paris from top floor from Skybar as there is a 50 minimum euro charge and they bill you 100 euro per night for incidentals but is refunded at end if you don't use their services. Our room had very little storage with one small closet as a large section was dead space and no storage in desk or night tables. We stayed for 7 nights but I think this hotel is probably suited for 1 or 2 night stays at most.

Top notch ! Hotel Is beautiful inside out. My room was cleaned almost everyday and the sky bar view is amazing. You can see the eiffle tower lighting . The only odd is the construction going on the outside . I have to walk on my heels going on the other side of the road to get on my ride. Overall hotel is beautiful!

The property wifi doesn't work. Over priced. Delivery fee to the room is absurd! Never seen before. Trying to milk the tourist as much as possible. Never recommend

Stay here in Montparnasse

Excellent service from check in, concierge, restaurant(Umami Burger), and housekeeping. Great location in Montparnasse across street from major train station. Rooms are ultra modern in design and function. Beds was very comfortable. Good value.
