This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just a few hundred meters away from Paris 13th, there is so much to see and do here.

Our newly renovated 20m2 studio is designed to provide the utmost convenience, privacy, and comfort to our guests.

Located on the 7th floor of a building in front of the Okabe mall, this studio features a separate living area with a locked door and can accommodate up to 2 people. All is air-conditioned.

- Bedding area: a comfortable double bed, a bed-side table, a wardrobe and a smart TV 45 inch connected to Netflix, Youtube and Fiber Internet (WiFi)

- The living / dining area with 2-chaired dining table and opened American kitchen fully equipped with cupboards, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, kitchenware, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups.

- Private bathroom with toilet is equipped with hot water, shower cabin, hairdryer. Towels and shampoo/ shower gels also provided.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- 24/7 auto check-in / Smoking is not allowed inside.
- There is paid parking off premises
