Beautiful apartment of 100 m2 with two bedrooms, on the fourth floor with elevator of a historic building in the Marais. The presence of the beautiful beams and the stone fireplace gives it a chic country spirit. Beautiful light, calm and unobstructed view:

 • Kitchen with fridge, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, and everything you need for cooking. Washing machine, High table and 4 highchairs

• Dining area with table and chairs.

• Living room with sofa bed for two adults, HDTV, DVD, sound system, WIFI internet connection. Coffee table, rug. Two windows overlooking the courtyard.

 • Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table and large dressing room. Mirror. Armchair. Rear window. Decorative fireplace. Window overlooking an inside courtyard.

• Bathroom with bathtub, sink and hairdryer.

The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Central heating.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
