Der Ort hat keinen Charakter, da er von einer Agentur verwaltet wird. Er ist nicht so bewohnt, wie Airbnb-Plätze sein sollen (diese Zeiten sind vorbei). Allerdings ist er äußerst ordentlich, in bester Lage und in einem weniger überfüllten Teil der Stadt.
