Booking the property was through Expedia but payment was through a third party whose payment system wasn’t working. I had to spend considerable time trying through both Expedia and the third party to make the payment. Expedia were not able to facilitate this.
The property manager did not provide check in details for the property. I had to follow this up several times and even call (2 hours before check in) to finally get these sent.
Wifi details were not in the apartment and were only provided on our last day. I also had to ask for check out instructions.
Finally, the apartment has no fan or air conditioning and only one window. The property manager just responded “apartments should have a fan” when I queried about this. There was no effort to provide one, and given we were there during a heat wave, that is very disappointing. It gets extremely hot in summer. Only stay here if you like saunas.
