Sublime and new Haussmann Opera/Galeries Lafayette apartment

This 4th floor flat with lift is located in the centre of Paris in the 8th arrondissement. Just a few meters from the Gare Saint Lazare and the department stores, such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps: a typical Parisian shopping experience. Numerous means of transport are close to the flat (bus, metro).
The flat is located 700m from the Place de l'Opéra and 650m from the Place de la Madeleine, 850m from the Concorde and the Champs Élysées.

Flat of 120m2 fully equipped and air-conditioned, in a secure building.
You will appreciate its light, the quietness of the place, its comfort and the chic atmosphere.

My flat is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift and includes:

- Living room with 2 sofa beds, with a dining area, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 4 bedrooms with queen size beds
- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet
- 1 separate toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best it can be. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:

Lovely Apartment
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Paris at this well-appointed apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Very clean and nicely organized. Easy check in. The host was very easy to work with as well. Great location, an easy walk to many great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We hope to stay at this lovely property again when we return to Paris in the future.

Great apartment in a great location
We loved our stay at the apartment. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids under 5. It was a good size for a Parisian apartment, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, so easy for us to all have space the sleep and get ready. We didn’t use the kitchen much because the location was ideal for walking to restaurants in the area and it was only a two block walk to Saint Lazare train station, the opera house and Galeries Lafayette. Very clean and beautiful layout. Would stay here again.
