Everything that may be a nightmare vrbo was here, except the owner was very nice and responsive .
Doors were dirty, carpet had definitely not been vacuumed. Dishes like coffee cups were dirty and stained. Got our door banged on by bottom neighbors when I had just showered saying water was flowing into their bathroom….
Backpack was stolen from inside secured hallway while luggage was being put into Uber for airport. Very suspicious. My Mom was watching the baggage as I brought each suitcase down 5 flights of stairs and went back up for all 4. Uber driver told her he was ready and started loading the luggage. She couldn’t babe been far away or just outside for seconds…. Backpack gone when I brought the last piece of luggage down. We ended up buying two smaller suitcases to add things from our checked luggage in order to make it safer for me to bring downstairs with the hope of not falling down the stairs with heavier luggage…another $98 extra just to be safe in an apartment that was supposed to be on the ground floor and accessible in the first place. I have never ever had any problems with descriptions not being correct or the dirtiness or a place in all my teas using VRBO. Appalling.
