Magnificent Parisian flat for 4 people, on the 2nd floor with lift, ideally located in the heart of Paris. The flat is located between the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the avenue des Champs Elysées and the famous avenue Montaigne.
Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

Sublime flat of 52m2 completely renovated in July 2022, which includes :
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV (SmartBox- without subscription), wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 4pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

Located in the golden triangle of Paris, between the rue Saint-Honoré, the avenue des Champs-Elysées (5 minutes walk) and the famous avenue Montaigne (4 minutes walk), you will spend an ideal stay with your family or friends.
The Place de la Concorde is only a 10-minute walk away and the Eiffel Tower is a 10-minute taxi ride.
You will be in a chic area with many luxury shops and restaurants. There are plenty of shops for shopping, such as supermarkets and pharmacies.
You will be very well served by public transport.
