Open to the living room, modern and fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Tea, coffee, sugar, and capsules are also provided.

Bedrooms
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV. These are quiet and pleasant spaces to rest after your days in Paris.

Bathrooms
Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, hairdryer, and welcome kits (shower gel & shampoo).

Toilets
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has only one toilet, in the first shower room; the second shower room has a shower but no toilet. With six guests, sharing one toilet takes some organisation: the apartment is more comfortable for four.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 70 m² (753 sq ft) in a quiet part of the 12th arrondissement, on the 2nd floor with a lift and steps from the metro, with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
