Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming apartment, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs:

Living room: Welcoming space with double sofa bed, TV, and dining table.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare your meals, including coffee capsules, sugar and tea.

Bedrooms: One master bedroom with double bed and TV, and a second elegant bedroom with double bed.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and toilet, complete with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Additional amenities: Small gym, Washing machine, dryer, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is on the ground floor and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has no standard windows. Natural light and ventilation come only through roof windows above the dining area, and the living room gets little light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* One of the two bedrooms is on the lower level, reached by an internal staircase, and has no door. It does not hold heat well in winter and is less suitable for young children and older guests.
* The basins in the bathroom and the kitchen are set high, which makes them impractical for children and shorter guests.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be about a 5-minute walk from Cadet metro station (line 7), with a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants close by, in a 70 m² (753 sq ft) apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
