The rooms was very nicely designed, but the service was inconsistent. Our breakfast orders were forgotten, even though the waiter had written them down. Frankly, paying $30 for a small fruit plate and then being unable to eat them because they were so sour really bothered me. It's not worth the price, but if you're charging that much for a very small fruit plate, please pick the “good fruits”. The breakfast service, the wait time at the front desk, and the unfriendly staff made me remember the $2200 I paid for a day. In my opinion, the Four Seasons Hotel offers much better service, and even the Grand Power Hotel, where I've stayed before, has much more attentive and courteous service staff. Even if there's a problem, they're quick to fix it. But at this hotel, they didn't even bother to fix the forgotten order in the morning. It was a disappointment for us. This is our experience.

Al che, io rispondo di essere interessato all’upgrade, ma a titolo gratuito. Mi dice che non è possibile. My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!

Disappointing.

The mattress had one very deep, worn area on each side, once you rolled into it, you were stuck there for the night. They left dirty dishes in our room for our entire four nights stay, which they didn’t remove until we asked. Except for the croissants breakfast was very underwhelming.
