Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

NO NOT BOOK!!

The owner of the property never provided check in information and repeatedly declined my calls. I called customer service and it turns out they double booked the time I had reserved and did not want to tell me hoping that they would still be able to charge me for the stay. Absolutely despicable to not have the decency to inform me the time was double booked and offer a refund. STAY AWAY or you will not have secured lodging during your vacation!!
