Great little hotel. Nothing fancy but the room was clean, and the staff are very friendly. We stayed on the top floor which had a nice view of the station and the streets below. Perfect place when you get off the Eurostar. It has a very small lift and the room is basic with no fridge or other features in most hotels such as an iron. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Overpriced and poor -

Poor and expensive “ hotel” tiny rooms , even smaller shower etc room . Poor quality for what they charge and cannot recommend . Have stayed in 100’s budget to 5*+ hotels and this was very poor .

Given the condition of the hotel and the need for renovation, the price we paid was high. Location to train station is great. We were frequently told to be careful of pick pockets in this area.

The room is very small, there isn’t a closet or a big trash can. The sheets are not changed over the days. Spilled coffee on it and the stain remained over the whole week

The desk area in 661 is unlit and difficult to use. The TV wouldn’t download any programmes. The basin has no plug that prevents water running away and therefore wastes water when we should be saving it. The plug can’t be removed so you can’t use your own plug instead. Otherwise the room is well kept and supplied , very comfortable too.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. The lift is not mobility friendly, two steps up to it and very small, may fit one person in a wheelchair but not enough room for a companion. Overall, great.

Not a luxury hotel by any means, but absolutely perfect for an overnight stay straight across the road from Gare du Nord. I do feel this area of Paris is a little bit dodgy though if you wander away from the busy main streets

The room that I was assigned had water dripping from the AC vents. The hotel front desk mentioned that the same room had similar issues earlier with AC, and it was fixed but looks like it was not. It was quite inconvenient. I paid more than $1000 USD for 3 nights. Some sort of refund for the inconvenience would be much appreciated. Thanks

Location is very convenient for all types of transport, just right in front of gare du nord. So many options for dining, staff very helpful and nice. We were given the room even before the check in time. Breakfast is very good! Will be coming back in the future.
