Great neighborhood location

Sandy was a great communicator and let us in early and walked us through the check in process. The unit was perfect for us and her recommendations for local shops, restaurants and bars were wonderful. Walkable to Gare l’Est and the metro. And a fabulous place to celebrate Fete de la Musique! Fun local neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Steps away from dining

The location was perfect for casual strolls to many restaurants. The metro was a few blocks away. Sandy was a most gracious host, giving us plenty of information and making check in friendly and efficient. Merci beaucoup Sandy!

Paris Vacation

Very nice property in a very fun part of town. Many cafes and restaurants nearby and super easy access to the metro. The owner was very nice and helped with our stay. The 10th is an interesting, provincial part of Paris. Cute place and reasonably priced- The only caveat is for taller people w lowish ceiling on the stairs.

Nicely remodeled pied-à-terre in hip St Denis

Awesome apartment in a less touristy part of Paris. Loved the local bakeries, bistros and markets within a few steps out the front door. Subway is less than a block if you want to head down to the more touristy parts or to CDG.As a tall person, I bumped my head a couple times due to the low ceilings, but I also understand this is a very old structure and things aren't built like today.Neighborhood is hip but a little sketchy in some spots like around Gare du Nord station. Stay around crowds at night.

Loved our Paris stay

We loved our stay here. The street is bustling and fun, but once you are in the apartment everything is quiet and calm. The kitchen space is so nice. We all gathered there nightly for our meal and to plan the next day's adventures.

A quiet cocoon in paris

One of the larger Vrbo we ve stayed in while visiting Paris. Ans certainly the cleanest. The host was always ready to make sure we were accommodated. Would definitely return.

Great spot

The house was perfect. Spacious and open. Great location in a cool part of town on a bustling street. Great bars and restaurants right ouside your door, but the house remains quiet. Felt very safe and secure. The communication with host was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Fantastic townhouse

Everything was perfect. Sandy met us at the townhouse and it was just perfect. Nice with plenty of space. Plenty of restaurants, but you have to get in early. Taxi rank down at the Pont st Denis

Grear place in a wonderful area

Great place! Stayed here for the 2nd week of the Olympics and after. Sandy was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars. Very close to 2 Metro stations, so getting around was easy.

June in Paris

My adult daughter and I had an amazing trip to Paris (our first). Sandy and her family were incredibly responsive (within minutes) to our few support requests. The townhome is located very close to multiple Metro access points to enable travel without the need to take Uber or Taxi which we opted for late evening arrivals since we were traveling alone. The townhouse was exactly as Sandy described and was a perfect home base for our travel days to Bayeux, Reims and Versailles. We could not have asked for a better host or place to stay!

Paris 3 day stay

Sandy’s apartment was lovely! She was there waiting for us at a predetermined time, showed us around and got us aquatinted with the place. Communication was wonderful! The apartment was in a very hip and happening neighborhood. Once inside the apartment the outside noise disappeared! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. When our luggage was delayed we were able to do laundry in the evening. Sandy even brought us more detergent when needed. Filtered water and a/c unit were perfect! Metro station was 5 minutes away. Thank you, Sandy, for a great stay!

Great location, lovely home

We loved our stay in this beautiful townhouse. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood has lots of wonderful places to eat and is walkable to many attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were exceptional. Sandy was an excellent communicator and the check-in process was very smooth. The apartment itself is very spacious by Parisian standards. Just be aware, if you are tall like me, you may bang your head on the ceiling over the staircase, and the shower will be a little tough. If you are average height, this won’t be a problem. Also, we walked at night from the train station to the apartment. It was a little sketchy closer to the train station, so just be aware. But the street of the apartment is full of dining options and markets. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!
