  • The Urban Flat team in Paris is delighted to offer you this luxurious apart-hotel fully renovated in January 2024 by a renowned architect, capable of accommodating up to 12 travellers in optimal comfort, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 home cinema lounge and 1 dining room.



    It is located in a residence, secured by an entrance with a digital code, typical of Paris's historic centre, providing walking or metro access to the largest number of monuments and museums.



    It is on the 1st floor opposite the elevator.



    The entrance of the apart-hotel opens onto the dining room with kitchen, which leads to the lounge with 2 sofa beds and 1 maxi smart TV 70 inches.

Great Location with Air Conditioning!

This apartment was a wonderful break from the heatwave that hit France during our trip, and it was located near a metro station and tons of great restaurants! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Airconditioners in 3 of 4 bedrooms. Fan provided for the 4th smaller bedroom, however it would have been an oven on the very hot days that we were there. It seemed like there was damage to the flooring in the kitchen and a large depression in the sub floor. The apartment had 2 nice Velux sky lights that unfortunately were not able to be opened during our stay. This would have allowed some heat to escape during the hot weather. Overall the location was excellent but be mindful that it was very hot in the living areas and small bedroom due to no air conditioning.Only one key provided made it difficult coordinating with a group of people. Overall, great location and good communication from host.

The space worked really well for us. Lots of room and comfy sofas to relax on. The location of the apartment was excellent close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the main attractions. It also felt very safe and secure. However the equipment in the kitchen was lacking. The cups were dirty and many were cracked or chipped. There were no bowls for cereal and we couldn’t find a bread knife or chopping board. Due to heavy rain the ceiling was leaking on to one of the beds on the final night which soaked the duvet. Luckily we were checking out the next day.

One of the guest bedrooms was not clean and the sheets were stained. The dishes in the cupboard were also not clean and had to be washed before using. The flat is on a street with a bar and was very noisy at night into the early morning. The walls are very thin and the doors need blinds or a shade, as you can see through the non frosted parts. The large bathroom ceiling was too low and my family were not able to use the shower without hitting their head on the ceiling.

The good - location is amazing!!! Able to walk anywhere - could eat every meal of the day at a different restaurant, cafe or bakery and 2 grocery stores within 5-10 mins. Close to metro, train station, etc. Highly walkable neighborhood. Spacious for Europe - 3 showers is a huge bonus! Beds (even the sofa beds) were very comfy. Fit our group of 10 easily.The bad - communication between host / agency was terrible - often took days for a response (or none) even to serious issues such as leaking roof (right onto one of the beds); non functional airconditioning (during a heat wave) and wifi not working. Safety issues including airconditioning venting into the walls not outside which increased heat in the bedrooms (up to 36 degrees and again this is during a heat wave) and creates a fire risk. We actually ended up walking all over to find somewhere that sold duct tape and bandaided the airconditioning ducts and purchased a fan - which we asked them to reimburse - but you guessed it - no response even by phone, VRBO inbox and WhatsApp. Also check in and out is thru an agency that closes at 6pm and isn't open on weekends / holidays making the communication worse. Also property overall needs some love - there are tiles coming off the kitchen back splash; holes in the floor that has just had laminate laid over them so overall it looks better in the pictures then in reality. Overall it's too bad as the location and spaciousness of this property are really awesome but the rest - ick.
