Situated in the heart of the 16th, this apartment is just a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, as well as being close to the Bois de Boulogne and the Roland Garros stadium. For up to 4 guests, it is complete with a fantastic roof terrace.

The apartment is on the 7th (top) floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
The light and open-plan living and dining area is spacious, with wooden flooring throughout. It includes a seating area of a sofa and armchairs, with artworks hanging on the surrounding walls. There is a circular dining table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal with friends and family.
There is also a further living area, with a sofa and television, connected to the main space but with doors to separate.

MASTER BEDROOM
Adjacent to the living area, is the master bedroom- with a Queen-size bed in the centre of the space and a large white wardrobe along one wall. This room also includes a desk with chair, by the window and a chest-of-drawers, with calming styling throughout.

EN SUITE
The en suite includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in white, with blue floor-tiles.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is contemporary in style- with white fittings throughout. This includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.

SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom offers lots of light and a single bed, with a further single bed that can be used underneath. This room can sleep 2 guests therefore.

BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a corner shower, a basin and a WC, all in white tiling.

ROOF TERRACE
Upstairs, the spacious and welcoming roof terrace offers ample seating and fantastic views to the surrounding area- including to the Eiffel Tower! The space is adorned with plenty of plants and table and chairs, to enjoy this outside area, over the rooftops of Paris.

Beautiful home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment and garden terrace is beautiful. The building was clean and quiet. Lots of stores nearby and a great bar/restaurant down the block. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect Place in Passy!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay, and the terrace was amazing. Nice neighborhood, great restaurants and conveniently, the market is across the street.

Amazing rooftop

The property is comfortable with an Amazon rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower at night. Great restaurants in the surrounding and close to bois de Boulogne woods.

Really enjoyed our stay. Just wish toilet paper was available upon arrival. Also beds are not super comfortable. Would definitely rent it again.

Outstanding Paris experience!

Apartment was very spacious and the vintage style made our experience memorable. 2 things really stood out. First the apartment has air conditioning which is very rare in Paris and much appreciated since we went in a hot spell in July. Second, is the wow factor of having a private rooftop terrace with amazing views. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend it! Property managed well through a third party company who was very responsive to our needs.
