Vies hotel met onprofessioneel personeel

De naam en de foto's scheppen bepaalde verwachten die dit hotel absoluut niet waar maken. De entree is smoezelig en vloeren/tapijt zijn vies. Veel smerige plekken in het tapijt en in de sprei van het bed zat een grote scheur. Prettig dat er een keukentje is met koelkast. Het gasfornuis is overbodig aangezien er geen pannen of iets dergelijks zijn. De keuken is volledig leeg. Personeel vind telefoongesprekken belangrijker dan de gast die staat te wachten, nemen gerust ook de telefoon op als ze met je in gesprek zijn. Ook incheck gaat voor ondanks dat je aan de beurt bent of je vraag al hebt gesteld. Sta je dan minutenlang te wachten tot je een antwoord kan krijgen. Echt totaal niet klantvriendelijk!

Faites attention, ils rencontrent des problèmes lors des réservations. Nous avons été enregistrés sur une chambre twin alors que nous avons réservé une chambre doublé standard. Les clients précédents ont eu une chambre double pour une famille de 4 personnes... Personnel peu agréable qui rejette la faute sur le site plutôt que de trouver une solution et qui ne parle pas français entre eux pour ne pas que l'on comprenne !! Très déçu

Grubby but comfy

The hotel itself is a bit grubby and could be doing with an upgrade. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. A five minute walk from Bussy Saint Georges train station gets you to the hotel and it's a nice area, very residential so I felt safe walking at night. There was a problem with my key card every night I was there. The door system seemed to be broken and rather than give me a new card the guy on reception just used his emergency one, but even that was a struggle. It was frustrating every night to get to my room and have to go all the way back to reception when the door wouldn't open and I don't know why he couldn't have just given me a new card. As I said the hotel is in need of an upgrade - the electronics as well as the decor need some serious TLC. But the place was clean and I'd stay again when visiting Disneyland as its close & cheap.

Snelke incheck van 30 min. Deed moeilijk over dat er niet betaald was dat ik zwart op wit had dat dat wel was. Stond daarom ook midden in de nacht naast ons bed in de kamer dus privacy heb je niet als ze zo binnen kunnen lopen. Oud en vervallen. Niet schoon en auto parkeren in de wijk waar ze ook zo tegen je auto rijden

最寄駅から近い

ディズニーランドに近かったのでこちらのホテルにしました。 最寄駅からも近くパークで遊び疲れても帰りは楽でした！ ホテルの周りは静かで治安も良く、朝早い時間でも夜暗くなってからでも安心して出歩けました。 冷蔵庫がかなり大きくて冷凍庫も大きくペットボトルを凍らせて持ち歩けたのが良かったです！ シャワーが手持ちなのも使いやすくて良かったです！ 泊まった数日かなり暑くてエアコンがなく部屋がかなり暑かったです。 窓を全開にする事が出来たので外の冷たい空気を入れる事が出来たので良かったです。 最寄駅近くにスーパーがあったのも便利でした。食材から日用品にちょっとした家電なども置いてあったので何か忘れてきたとしても大丈夫そうでした。

Après Disneyland, la chambre des horreurs...

Sorti de Disneyland vers 23h45, et arrivé vers 0h15, j'ai environ 30 mn pour avoir ma chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Le gardien de nuit ne disposait pas des listes des chambres disponibles... Il est avec ouvrir les chambres avec moi pour en trouver une... parfois elles étaient occupées ! Cet hébergement ne mérite plus d'être inscrit sur une centrale de réservation, car incapable de gérer les types de chambres proposées.
