Location in the heart of St German, Villa Madame is a small jewel on the Left Bank. We enjoyed morning walks in the Luxembourg Gardens and excellent dining in the neighbourhood. We look forward to our next stay.

Rooms are clean and are well decorated. The staff were helpful and polite. Plenty of shops, cafe’s and restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Loved the location and we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful! Always made sure we knew where we were going, gave excellent recommendations for dinner, and ensured we were set with our rides. We had the double twin bed room for 2 people and it was perfect. We both agreed we would stay here again.

This was a delightful boutique property with pleasing, upscale decor and top-notch services. As a female traveler I felt safe and secure because of the 24hr manned reception area. The staff was pleasant and helpful, providing concierge information and services. The location was convenient to a number of cafes, boutiques and interesting little shops. I highly recommend Villa Madame.

The service staff at the front desk and cleaning/concierge and breakfast were very kind, hospitable, helpful and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back and hear about the renovations that are planned. The only suggestion I have is to have the croissant fresher (:-) hot from the bakery down the street) and to have the shower head higher with the water spray going farther out. I was on my heals at the back of the tub trying to get closer to the water sprayer.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very close to Luxembourg station for our train ride from the airport. Perfect location for strolling to a corner cafe or walking to the iconic Paris sites. Very safe and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. A couple of things to note, they expect you to leave your key at the front desk when going out and the individual room temperature is not adjustable.

Our stay at Villa Madame was wonderful! We were able to change and leave our bags early in the day before our room was ready. Previous guest mentioned disliking that they preferred guests to leave the card key upon exit. I personally thought this was nice because 1) I didn’t have to worry about misplacing the key card and 2) I felt safe that someone would realize we hadn’t returned (if something unsavory happened). The hosts were so kind and helpful in getting us started with navigation and we had a great stay.

The staff was friendly and courteous during the stay. We reported an issue about the sink drainage and was fixed pretty quickly. Room was a bit smaller; AC did not work much on the first 2 nights, but it started working when the weather get warmer outside (which I believe the hotel itself controls the overall but adjustable by room when it’s on). Overall, the location was lovely and quiet with easy access to the metro. The staff was around 24/7 to assist whenever needed.

I was surprised and embarassed to be asked to pay bottles of water that I asked on my third day. I found two bottles of water in the refrigerator at my first day of staying and I asked water again on my third day. When I checked out they said I had to pay for the water and they said they provided water ONLY for the first day of staying, which did not make sense to me at all.
