The staff at the front desk made my stay so amazing! They were all so kind. I can’t wait to come back! They made me feel at home. The hotel is a treasure with beautiful rooms and a very instagramable environment/elevator.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! I went as a female solo traveller and felt very safe in the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay with them so wonderful. The hotel is clean and so beautiful. The location is perfect for someone wanting to explore Montmartre.

Disrepair

The hotel was economical and that’s it… the bathroom door handle kept falling off and the shower head malfunctioned and soaked my wife in hot water.. probably won’t be back to there or Paris .

I LIKE THAT IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE MOULIN ROUGE AND METRO STATION. CONVENIENCE IS KEY IN MY BOOK. I DIDN'T LIKE THE ALL NIGHT NOISE, UP & DOWN THE STREETS OF PARIS. I DIDN'T LIKE MY SHOWER/TUB VERY BAD PLUMBING. PIPES HAD SLOW DRAINAGE. I TRULY ENJOYED THE STAFF. THEY ALL WERE GREAT.

Stayed at the Villa Royale, Pigalle, Paris for 5 nights Pro’s Transport very near, Metro and bus stop just a minute walk. Bus No 30, takes you to Eiffel Tower. Rooms have names with individual decor. Heard that the interior is made by the same person who done Moulin Rouge which is just metres away. Loved the key and key chain it’s charming. Bathroom and toilet big and modern. Be careful hot water is really hot and the pressure is awesome. Breakfast is served in the room, it’s basic but includes bit of everything. Enjoyed it. Weekends are bit noisy but if you keep the windows or balcony doors (yes most rooms have balcony)shut, its peace. Always helpful and smiling reception staff, it was supposed to rain one day and they offered an umbrella which I refused and regretted later… Rooms cleaned everyday, fresh towels replaced. Many more things…pubs are plentiful, mini markets nearby open 24hrs. Many Restaurants nearby, but I just used Uber eats for the nights. Cons. No aircon and coffee kettle. ********** Not a modern building but Overall a lovely completely different experience really.

In disrepair and dilapidated. Avoid.

Whoo boy, it’s hard to break all the things wrong with the hotel. The rooms are very rundown, almost to the point of being dilapidated: gaps in the carpet, gouges in the walls, missing lightbulbs, torn off decorations. The rugs are discolored and filthy. The room had no proper shower, only a bath tub with a shower handle on a pull out cord. When we used it we discovered the drain was broken and leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The bottom of the tub had black scuff marks. When we opened the sliding door to the bathroom, the handle fell off. The room card gives a Wi-Fi password, but the service does not exist. The room has AC controls, but apparently just for show. Even turned all the way down with highest fan setting it didn’t move any air. The rooms are not soundproofed well, and the neighborhood is very loud. You’ll hear bar traffic until 2am. It’s also the red light district. The nearest stores sell spicy clothing and equipment. The elevator is misaligned and leans towards the door which makes it feel very unsafe to use. At some point in the past I’m sure this place was lovely, however it is well past the time for a refresh of its amenities. We prepaid for two days but left after 12 hours for another hotel.

The hotel's online pictures are inconsistent with its actual appearance, as the building appears old and worn on the outside, with paint that differs from the online images. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The interior, including the rooms, is impeccably clean. The location is safe and convenient, with nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Purtroppo il soggiorno presso questa struttura non è stato affatto positivo. Non ci hanno informato all arrivo che l acqua calda nn c era a causa di un guasto tecnico e ogni sera ci dicevano avrebbero sistemato entro la mattina dopo io e i miei due bambini siamo stati costretti a fare doccia con acqua fredda... per vari giorni. Per concludere... sempre peggio...l ultimo giorno... Sul cuscino della bambina troviamo un ragno enorme che ho anche fotografato. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è il fatto che ho inviato una mail all hotel segnalando queste defezioni e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Io credo che in un hotel 4 stelle, nel caso di problemi così importanti, si dovrebbe come minimo offrire una colazione, in segno di gentilezza e di scuse. Mi spiace sia andata così. Ci sono molte cose da migliorare.

Lorte hotel

Vi ankom søndag d 06 og allerede mandag d 07 ville min datter gerne hjem, men vi tog først hjem d 09 tidligt om morgenen, bruseren virker meget meget dårligt og der var ingen prop til badekarret, møblerne var gamle og der manglede bund i flere af skufferne, når vi gik ud for at spise om aftenen skulle vi aflevere vores nøgler, Jeg kan ikke anbefale det her til nogle Det eneste gode var deres rengøring
